Tad place to rent from.. the price they tell you suppose to be your rent will never actually be your rent. They would put so many fees on your rent every month which will have you paying an extra 200-300 a month

I viewed a few modular homes here that were mostly Bovely. The interiors were simple but nice. I decided to purchase and completed an application with Eric at the front office. What Eric did not tell me was that Ravinia Properties charges a monthly $750 lot rent fee in addition to the mortgage on a home. If I had known this, I would have never applied for a mortgage with their company, which Eric encouraged without being completely transparent! Maybe he gets commission. I didn't find out about the lot fee until AFTER I paid an inspector $300 to inspect the home I wanted. He found that the water pressure was low and a couple of the features were against code (like the wooden "porch" is built directly on concrete, which over time can make the porch posts erode from moisture; they should have, instead, built the wooden porch posts on metal plates). The space around the homes were obviously still under construction and unpaved. At a glance, the interior of the home, such as the borders of doors and walls, were poorly nailed and secured (a simple fix). But $750 for monthly lot rent is laughable. If I wanted exorbitant fees attached to my mortgage, I would move into a luxurious condo, not a trailer park. Long story short, if you're not asking the right questions, these people will leave you in the dark! An Extravagant lesson that could have been a nightmare. I obviously pulled my offer. 0 stars for professionalism, Harbor Estates. Also, as for trash pickup and security...I never saw those things. When I asked about the fee, they claimed it covered taxes, garbage, recycling, and the infrastructure underneath the homes. For $9000 a year, I could live in Beverly or Oaklawn. No, thank you!

Horrible experience with these people. Wanted to possibly rent a mobile home but they refused to let me see inside the rentals before we paid a $80.00 application fee and when I questioned Wendy the office manager as to why she yelled at me and said because we don't even know yet which one you're going to rent hut she had told me already that they only had 3 single wides available for rent!!?.
