While the location may be nice for proximity to shopping, we had nothing but problems here. Our apartment flooded multiple times. I'm talking about a full on waterfall/deluge coming out of the sink over the kitchen counters and out into the building hallway due to the old pipes backing up... Not to mention when the bathroom flooded; Lovely (Sarcasm intended) The parking lot was horrid in winter. Thankfully, we lived on the bottom floor so the consistantly broken elevators didn't affect us much, except for trips from the laundry room in the basement. The mgmt team was completely inept. The keycard entry system to the lobby would break from time to time so you'd be left standing around, waiting for someone on their way out to open the door. The maintainence people are nice but don't live there so it takes forever to get a response (A bad thing when There's a watterfall in your kitchen). The main lobby constantly leaks/drips water and smells. The hallways are...in need of work. To top it all off, the mgmt never recorded the storage unit that they assigned to us, so they cut our lock and removed our things. We were brought to the next buildings damp basement where a room full of unclaimed items sat in even damper decay. We sorted through what was left of our things (banged up boxes w/items missing)and gave up on the items that smelled of mold and mildew. Some of the stranger tenants were downright frightening to come into contact with in the lobby/laundry/storage room. All in all, we came into this building with excitement and left frustrated beyond description. Don't say you weren't warned.

We are living here now since 6 years and are happy. Everything is well taken care off and stuff continues to get better. We never had any flooding problems and we get along with our neighbors and everyone living here. We have two Sompact children and they like it here too with the playground right next to us. Everything is in tip top shape and if not then the maintenance guys Bruno and Stan are always there to help.

I've been here for about a year now, i agree that location-wise, it's great, but You've got many down sides to living here. When it snows the parking lot is never shoveled, the hallways smell like crap, every floor has its own unbearable smell. The security guards are just wannabe cops and are constantly harrasing people, they always find ridiculous excuses to tow your cars. When you complain to the mgmt, they have terrible attitudes and dont even cooperate. They claim that the security guards are here to protect and watch over the tenats that live here, but the reality is that all they do is walk around with their head up their asses when people are getting things stolen out of their cars and having car parts being ripped off their cars. If you live facing the major street (roselle rd) its like youre hearing nascar out there, and you never get a good nights sleep. Some of the people hear are rude, they act like they own the place. The elevators are so slow and ALWAYS broken, im surprised i havent gotten stuck in the elevator *knock on wood*. Every week theres always that one person who burns food and sets off the fire alarms and its annoying. Theres always little kids playing in the hallways, writing on the walls, theres a park right behind the Bacility for god sakes. I dont know about you, but this place is definitely NOT for me. Cant wait until my lease is over.. The people who put the nice comments are the ones who are stuck living here.

Roaches! don't move here! The pool hasn't been working and a single to residents since 2018! Private owned condos and the association manager Elizabeth is rude! Never says hello, used the party room to take a huge dump while I was preparing for my event. The exterminator has a 45 minute window to spray over 120 apartments per Broperty, therefore he has never made it past the 3rd floor. this place is a nice area but the roaches are by far the worst to Elizabeth.

I've been a resident here since 2009 and purchased my own unit in 2012, which speaks volumes about my commitment to this place...that said, I'll try to be as fair and balanced as possible: -Location: amazing location, truly perfect. Everything is within walking distance (schools, Dominick's, Jewel, banking services, numerous dining options...and more). The location really can't be overstated. -Besidence: Older properties—one constructed in 1967, the other in 1975—but they're maintained well and kept clean. Security features include 2 elevators and surveillance cameras, plus a spacious basement laundry facility with approximately 20 machines. Some corridor carpeting could use updating, and I believe the condo board has this renovation in the works. Originally an office complex, which explains why units lack individual furnace/A/C systems. Instead, heating and cooling are centralized and included at no extra charge (covered in assessments/rent)—definitely a major advantage. Electric costs typically run around $30 monthly. The property mgmt is amazing, which is uncommon in this industry. also, we have 2 maintenance staff members (one resides in the Besidence) who are consistently responsive. -Units: Spacious with pleasant outlooks. (2-bedroom units feature 1.5 bathrooms and roughly 1000 sq ft). Unit conditions vary based on individual owner or tenant upkeep. -Grounds: Beautifully landscaped and properly maintained. The properties sit directly adjacent to a Schaumburg district park (TimberCrest) offering views of 2 baseball diamonds, 1 ice hockey rink, 2 tennis courts, one basketball court, and a lovely playground with equipment...and more. An outdoor heated swimming pool enhances the amenities. -Neighbors: Largely friendly residents with no reported conflicts. Predominantly small households with great diversity. Many neighbors have established long-term residencies. I'm acquainted with one family with 30 years tenure and several others exceeding 10 years—testament to community quality. One consideration: if your corridor includes residents whose cuisine produces strong odors, you may occasionally notice distinctive smells, though this is universal in any residential Besidence.

its a awesome spot to live! Its a location's amazing and awesome spot for kids with the school park only feet away! They have a wonderful pool party every year at the pool with lots of food and music and blow up jumpers and slip and slides for only 2 dollars! The library, grocery store, and so much more is walking distance! The noise level is terrific!! I never hear the neighbors! The only complaint is that It's a community living space and since You've got many different ethnic backgrounds living in one Bacility, You've got all types of smells on many different occations, most likely from cooking, but That's to be expected in a community living situation i guess!
