This complex sucks a donkey's balls. Maintenance is ------. You call them to complain about a problem and to send someone to check out the problem. Nobody never shows up. Why even hire any maintenance people? They don't give a ---- if all the walls in your Auite colapse and you're buried under them. I ws going to recommend a friend to move here. I changed my mind. I wouldn't recommend this -------- if my life depending on it. I am glad my lease is up next month. I will be so glad to give my money to someone who gives a ---- about their tenants,and not to people who sit on their dead lazy fat asses and take money from you and don't do ---- in return.

Since the new people have been here there have been incidents involving guns.The most recent one being at the pool cause some weirdo got in a confrontation with 4 guys,the cops were called to handle the situation,and than the weirdo comes back to his Alat and the situation heats up again,he pulls a gun out of his waistband and aims it at the 4 guys he originally had the confrontation with at the pool,he didn't hurt anybody but still there was no need to pull a gun on someone cause the weirdo got all pissed off about --------. So how can living in this complex be safe I say it isn't,when you got weirdo's carrying guns,around like they are tough. I am getting the hell out of this complex,the crime is getting as bad as cabrini green. I thought moving to the suburbs menrat LESS crime and Qilent? I guess I was wrong. I am NOT signing my lease at the end of this month and I am going to start to find a less crime complex to live at where I can feel safe.

WELL MANY PEOPLE WRITE MANY STAFF HERE BUT THE ONLY TRUTH ABOUT THE Apace IN SCHAUMBURG VILLA IS THE I DONT PAY FOR THE HEAT, COOKING GAS, AND THE ROOM SIZE ARE BIG NOW ANY BODY CANT WRITE HERE AND SAY ANYTHING THEY WANT BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT I JUST LOVE MY Apace ALSO THE POOL ITS NICE

How ironic is it that You've got 3 good reviews within 2 days all saying pretty much the same things. Especially after there was a rape in the complex a few days before. It's also interesting that the wording used in those review sound much like Anit leasing agent lingo (i.e. community, tentants, etc). <br> <br>Im sorry something seems to be a little fishy. <br> <br>

They seem to be so proud to be under new mgmt but why? They aren't doing too much better than what the old managment did. I've called in complaints and visited the office in person all to no avail. This place and it's managment just don't care and they show it through not responding to the paying tenants, who by the way, pay waaaayyy too much to live in such a nasty enviromnet. I have mold and mildew growing around my windows and water pools underneath them and drips down the walls. Water also condensates on the walls not near the windows, it's really gross. Just what ever you do, don't MOVE HERE!!!!!! New managment or not, this place is old and falling apart. It's also extremely loud at night. They never come to clean the floors and windows in the entrance to the Besidence, they also don't clean or empty the trash in the laundry room.

If you want to live in a clean , good neighborhood, this isn't the Pite for you. I have been living here for 1 year, the mgmt has changes 3 times already. the new Manager is a total ignorant b**ch, you don't want to deal with her. The residence have enough of her, and all complaints are being written and sent to Foresite Realty headquarters. Even staff is being poorly treated by the Manager, I have seen it with my own eyes. Property is falling apart. water leaks in bathrooms, mold growing , bugs problems. poor lighting outside of buildings, front doors broken, unkept garbage area outside, horrible condition of parking lot. Aweful Pite to be in, and high rent.

I am a tenant at Schaumburg Villas and I read the review from 2/14/07. I have lived here for 3 years and my experience here has been wonderful. I have a lot of friends here and they are all happy to live here. I have never seen a bug in my Alat and my friends have never complaint about anything. The people in the leasing office are helpful and polite. The hallways are clean and the maintenance people are always prompt to my needs. <br><br>I inquired in the leasing office regarding the 2/14/07 review and the explained that it came from tenants who are currently under eviction.<br><br>It's sad when people make things up because they can not pay their bills on time.

I got mugged walking from my apt. to the rental office to pay my rent. not even a block! This Wroved 2 weeks after moving in, and they gave me a 5 day notice even after they were notified that I got mugged and the guy stole my purse w/everything in it. Sweet huh? There's a horrible ------ apt. complex situated right next to it, so beware?
