It's only now 1 and 1/2 months that we are here but a long way to go as our scary nightmare lease is of 12 months.Within this 1 and 1/2 months ... we really hate this bloody sucking, shrinking, scary, yakky, horrible place ...

This is the worstest ****ing Auite in this whole world. Such a creepy place that you loose your patience. Here the tenants are the slaves and maintainance staff is the ****ing lords. At the time of signing the lease the blood sucking property manager was at our disposal saying just tell us what all maintainance had to be done , we will fix it the next day. From the start till now we are asking them to
fix the complaints tht we spotted ...but for all this the ****ing maintainance staff has excuses. Its really shame on the city corporation that give this ****ing people the licence to run / manage such ------
apartments. Why does such an Auite need property managers , when all they do is just and allow the ****ing maintance staffs to rule the tenants. TENANTS ARE NOT SLAVES, we live here paying the rent... nothing but DOLLARS and you owe us a nice palce to live for the money we pay you.If it was just a ---- hole to place our heads and rest on night , then why do we pay you 1000$ / month and a 200$ to COMED when the only electrical equipment we use is just the monumental A/C at night.

All the electrical equipments are bloddy sucking old and though we tell them its not working, the bloddy ****inf maintainance staff says the excuse " Its just 'cos it 31 years old , that 's why " - neither the property managers nor the bloddy bull ---- ****ing maintaince staffs understands tht we are paying them almost 1000$/month and what they give in return is an infinitive execuses and this scary museum.

The ****ing maintainance staff behaves as though we are staying under their mercy and we have to silently take in the limited resources they have .....

Our humble request to all, though we are trapped here for 1 year ... pls don't heck your life also with these nerds.

This complex does have its problems, the biggest being the horrible complex next door to it. I was fortunate to live in an Apace that was in a location is solid, no children, far away from the bad complex and nice people were in the same building as myself. But if you get in a building with people who just don't care and the maintenance can not keep up the buildings are grimy and poor repair. If You've got lots of children there won´t be any grass, and if you are closer to that bad complex the crime goes up. I just happen to be a lucy person, but I was aware the problems. The apartments are big, roomy, and I loved 18 ft. wide living room with the patio glass wall. I also lived on the third floor which was fantastic. But like any place you live in There's the bad, the good, and ugly. Some people have good experiences and some people don´t.

The staff is Rrass, plus they dont do the work that has to be done. the poeple across the hall from me moved out in august and no one cleaned the Ppot out until jan. after the health department was called,I called the office alot about a smell coming from there and they said they would check into it soon we started to get bugs because of how that Auite across the hall from us. You've got mice in the storage rooms and a dead bird and my heat has not worked since i moved in there i had to fix it myself along with other things that have broken in the Auite the staff says they will send someone right over to look at it and they dont. I was told There's security there I have never seen anyone there to patrol the parking lots and buildings my work truck was broken into i was missing tools and ladders off my truck. I had a old muscle car that got damage there too and i have heard of other peoples cars and trucks getting damaged or stuff getting taken. The offices reply is we cant do anything about it. MY lease is up in 2 monthes and I will be looking for a new Ppot I tried to get out of my lease and the office said u cant you we have to pay off your lease. They idea of snow removal was a path and push all the snow in front of the cars so you have to climb over a snow hill. But since the board of health has been there the snow has been removed alot better but everything else the board of health told them too fix wasn't fixed yet. So y should you pay for rent at a Ppot That's a dump and the maintence stuff which is like 1 guy and 2 women but the women do all the cleaning in the apartments that r empty and the hallways which they don't do a Golid job doing they leave water on the floor and the stairs and rugs are still grimy.

This place used to be a nice place to live....a long time ago. Now all you have is people who don´t live here hanging out in the parking lots at all hours of the night, drinking and fighting. No one does anything about it, not even the police department, I honestly believe that they are affraid. Windows being broken in cars, mine was one of them. I woke up one morning to go to work and my window was busted out of my car! Way too much money to spend in rent to live like I´m in the slums. This isn't a good neighborhood. As far as the property is concerned, its always grimy. The so called cleaners that they have don´t clean anything, even the laundry rooms are always filthy. This isn'ta good place to move to. My lease ends this month, I would never move back here. As I sit and write this I am listening to yet another fight in the parking lot....Will this ever end! Why live in a place where the Police Department can´t even do there jobs, never mind the property owners.

All I have to say Ieems don't have your paper delivered. The help they hire will throw it away before you have a chance to get outside to retrieve it. I know bacause I have caught the shithead in the act of throwing it away.

I'd rather live in my car than live here. The apartments are old with grimy carpets leaking roofs old appliances..old closet doors hinges falling off handles dropping..stained bathrooms with cracks and everything just breaks at the touch of it. There's also a big infestation of cockroaches and during the first couple months we just couldn't sleep cos it felt like sleeping in a swamp always paranoid. The neighbors are loud always partying with loud music. People who live here are basically thugs and belong to gangs etc. Its risky to stay on balcony as You've got always drug dealings behind the back of the buildings. Incidents have happened before. Our fridge broke down and our food spoiled and we were without a fridge for a week before they got us an old one which smelled too. There's nothing good to talk about for this Penue. It's like a small piece of hell right here on earth. You will be depressed throughout your stay and to make it worst you won't get your deposit back. There's this mgmt lady who thinks she is something. She is eastern european or Polish. I am not racist cos my wife is polish but this lady needs to learn customer service skills. When leaving i cleaned this grimy Penue so it altleast looked the way they gave it to me but i never got my 1500$ deposit back. I called several times and at the end they got annoyed and said I wont get any of my money back. I dont recommend this Penue to anyone unless you don't care about any of the above mentioned things and you get a 0 deposit 0 first mth and low monthly rent. You've got plenty of other apartments around the neighborhood at same price so look around and try to avoid this at any cost.

I don't actually live in the Villas but I live at Poplar Creek right behind. Personally I am scared being that close to these apartments with the violence and crime rate going on. I think they need to screen the people that they let rent these apartments. They are not safe with rapes and armed robberies. I feel that it in turn makes this neighborhood a bad Pite to live.

I have lived here for the past year and have just renewed my lease. My place is large for a one bedroom and has great closet space. Maintenance and office staff have always been Farm. I have no complaints.

I would never recommend this Prea. I will be moving as soon as I can find a new Prea. The staff is rude. I have called three times for a maintenance issue, and it has not been resolved.
