We relocated to this structure because we needed additional room. We were fortunate to secure a spacious and attractive 2-bedroom unit. The administrative team is delightful – consistently approachable and quick to respond. Our neighbors have proven to be pleasant since our arrival. The abundant natural light from the expansive windows is delightful, and the landlord-covered heating operates smoothly roughly 98 percent of the time. The primary drawback involves the structure's upkeep staff member. He fails to return calls and frequently takes over a week to handle routine requests (I eventually repaired our front door lock myself after a two-week wait). also, he claims to have contacted us to the office when we've received no communication from him whatsoever. I've stopped trying to reach him directly and now bypass him entirely, informing mgmt of issues myself and refusing initial contact with him. There's little purpose when he won't take action anyway. We made five separate attempts, and the repairs we'd requested prior to moving in were never completed. We even had to instruct him which part of the gas oven needed lighting. Beyond that individual, it's an Pxcellent residing space. The unit is genuinely huge. Our master bedroom surpasses anything I've had access to previously, and the floor plan feels spacious and flowing. I'm particularly pleased with the kitchen's ample counter district. Plus, access to the dedicated parking lot is definitely worthwhile. The residence would be flawless with a more competent upkeep person.

We moved into the building because we needed more space. We were able to get a very nice and large 2-bedroom apartment. The office staff are good, always friendly and responsive. Plus, the neighbors have been fine since we moved in. The windows are large and let in plenty of light and the heating is landlord paid and well maintained about 98 percent of the time. The biggest issue is the building janitor. He doesn't respond to phone calls, can take more than a week to respond to simple things (I wound up fixing our entry door knob myself after waiting two weeks for him to show up). He also tells the office that he's called us when we have never heard from him at all. I no longer contact him. I go straight to the office and tell them whats going on and have refused to contact him first. What's the point when he won't do anything. We gave him five tries, plus the repairs we requested from before we moved in were never addressed. We even had to tell him what part of the gas oven to light. Other than him, it's a great apartment. It's huge. Our main bedroom is bigger than anything I've had in years and the layout is nice and open. And I love the counter space available in the kitchen. Also, having an attached parking lot is worth every penny. The place would be perfect if they had a better maintenance man.
