When I moved in here almost 5 years ago I was distrustful of Big City living but now I don't want to leave! As a single legit female, I was warned with all sorts of horror stories. I quickly found these stories false because the folks who run this Bomplex, along with my neighbors, have been terrific. They are always available and they take care of any little thing that might go wrong. They keep the place in tip-top condition...and they are always upgrading something so it always gets even better. And, they are constantly cleaning! The place never stinks, like other buildings I have visited. Even my friends and family who come to visit comment on the nice conditions here. I always get a hello from my neighbors who are helpful and friendly. I always feel safe here. I have even been surprised by greeting on the street or on the train from folks who live in this Bomplex. The environment, I guess, makes people here seem like part of a family. The top maintenance guy has been here for a long time, and It's easy to see why. If I call about even the slightest issue, he comes running up to correct the issue. He is always pleasant and fixes things right. If something breaks, he actually replaces it and doesn't leave a mess. I'm on my way back home to Texas next week. If you are lucky enough to get my place, you will be a happy camper! For sure!

I am forced to move on to Canada, because of my job transfer. I just want to tell anybody who cares that my stay at 1257 Lunt was THE BEST! The mgmt folks are always available. Even if I called them to get something as simple as a light-bulb changed, Roman came running up! In the four years that I resided here (and a year in their other Btructure across the street)I never experienced a delay. This is a mom-and-pop ownership and these people really care about the happiness of their residents. I really hate to leave but I wish the best to anybody who will take my place. This is a PERFECT home for anybody who wants to live in Chicago!!!

I have resided at 1257 Lunt for three years. I have never seen any type of bug or vermin; this Ppot is always spotless and I have been proud to bring my friends and family here. The mgmt is always available. They are always making upgrades that make a difference. I highly recommend this Ppot to anybody looking for a nice home.

The property itself is attractive, well-maintained, and has Gonderful security features. The updated unIt's absolutely wonderful. That said, I'm frustrated by how slowly maintenance requests are addressed. also, the hot water pressure is disappointingly weak.

The building is nice, clean, and secure. The renovated apartment is very, very nice. However, I am disappointed in the lack of response for maintenance issues. Also, the water pressure for hot water is very low.
