When we initially moved in with my roommate, we found a few items that needed repair, but the staff was super responsive about getting everything taken care of. We were really happy with the Alat itself and the area around it. The place is incredibly accommodating to pets, especially larger breeds, which honestly deserves a five-star rating by itself!!

Since the Npdated mgmt and ownership took over, things have shifted considerably-- and sadly not always in positive ways. They've become accommodating to dog owners and the complex has basically become a wild animal sanctuary with so many pet owners failing to control their dogs on leashes. The team members themselves are wonderful, but combined with the substantial jumps in rent, it's definitely time to explore other options.

I've called this residence home for nearly two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time residing here. The property itself is stunning—following a complete renovation and overhaul several years back, the apartments and common spaces feature fresh, contemporary finishes throughout. The team at the front entrance is perfect, with Shanta and Tracey being particularly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents' comfort (including our furry friends—complimentary dog biscuits are always accessible up front!). You're bound to receive a warm welcome and friendly face every time you cross through the lobby, which stands out for a structure of this size in the city. The leasing office has had occasional accounting mix-ups, but otherwise proves to be quite accommodating. While the resident base skews toward young career-focused individuals, I'd gladly suggest west77 to anyone considering a move.

What I don't understand is that many many units are obviously rented out via Airbnb but supposedly that's against the rules. Half is residents and half is like a hotel which is just weird. I think you f they don't want Airbnb then be strict about it. Otherwise just he upfront about it. But don't pretend like half the apartments aren't Airbnb.

I've been here for three months and I love living at West 77! I felt at home from the moment I did my property tour. The concierge team is fantastic and every thing that I've needed so far has been handled quickly and efficiently. AND ... the neighbors are awesome! It doesn't get better than West 77.

West 77 is so great. They are always there to help and who doesn't love a pet friendly building! Not to mention, the rooftop has amazing views, a pool and a great workout facility.

I've been a resident here for almost two years and have had a great experience since move-in. The building is beautiful--it was completely gutted and remodeled a few years ago, so the units and amenities are nearly all updated and modern. The front desk personnel are excellent, especially Shanta and Tracey. They always go out of their way to make things easy for their residents (including the K9 variety--complimentary dog treats are always stocked at the front desk!). You will rarely walk through the lobby without a personal greeting and a smile, which can be atypical for a high-rise in this city. The leasing office has made a few billing mistakes, but is otherwise generally helpful. Although you'll find that residents are mainly young professionals, I would recommend west77 to anyone.

There were several things broken in the apartment when my roommate and I moved in but everyone was quick to help get them fixed. We loved the place and the neighborhood. Very pet friendly, even for big dogs with is 5 stars alone for me!!
