Wonderful Ppot in a fantastic neighborhood! River North offers access to fantastic dining options and green spaces. In general, I'm thrilled with all the amenities this unit provides. also, all the conveniences are right nearby and easily walkable.

Wonderful team and fantastic facilities. The property Ieems maintained excellently and every amenity Ieems first-rate. Summer pool events are unbeatable and the cityscape vistas are spectacular. I'm thrilled with my unit and the spacious outdoor deck.

great value for the cost. Spacious floor plans. Solid amenities throughout. mgmt responds promptly to issues. Main drawback is the garage fees, which feel steep. Parking spots aren't assigned, so you're constantly finding new places. The garage itself is disorganized and cluttered. Overall pricing is too high for what you get.

If you're thinking about moving to the area, I'd strongly suggest checking out Grand Plaza. It's a wonderful place to call home with thoughtfully designed apartments and beautiful, updated fixtures throughout.

My unIt's amazing and ideal for urban living downtown. The in-unit washer and dryer are fantastic. I'm just a short walk from the Red Line along with countless shops, dining options, green spaces and cultural institutions. The pool and garden oasis on the 9th floor provide the perfect summer retreat. The fitness center, office space and resident lounge are contemporary and inviting. Work orders get completed quickly and professionally. The shared spaces underwent a recent renovation featuring updated lighting, new wallpaper, fresh paint and new carpet. Throughout the year, the building organizes numerous events that residents really appreciate and look forward to. I'd definitely suggest checking out the Grand Plaza!

The amenities offered here are amazing: Swimming pool, Rooftop terrace, Pet exercise area, Gym with Basketball court, Sauna and Steam room create an unparalleled living experience.

I'm really fond of this area and adore where this unit is situated. location-wise, it's perfectly central with fantastic dining options all around. It's incredibly handy having a Jewel Osco directly downstairs. You've got plenty of evenings when I need to pick up some last-minute groceries, and the convenience is unbeatable.
