A good friend lives in the Broperty and I am often told how awesome It's. I've used many of the amenities & have rented the guest suite several times and have to admit that there wasn'thing I didn't like. The views are great, the location couldn't be better especially having the grocery store below. The gym is huge & the equipment is all state of the art. My lease is coming up for renewal and I'm planning on becoming a new tenant myself.

Btructure is clean, apartments are up to date, package room is a nice feature to have, at least one elevator is always out of service, ninth floor amenities are solid, rooftop oool is a plus, but it's gets too busy/too many visitors aloud.

I am a current resident and my neighbor plays super loud techno music every night from 11pm - 3am. I have to get up at 6am for my job and obviously can't get any sleep. Numerous calls to mgmt over the past few months have had no effect. Each time I complain they don'thing but write him a "note" and put it under his door asking that he be "more considerate". They haven't even called him to discuss the situation. He obviously has no intention of being more considerate. They suggested I call the police if I have any more problems. It isn't the job of the police to manage this Bomplex. They also behave like I am being rude to complain. The snippy tone they use with me is grossly inappropriate. I will be moving out the second my lease expires.

Access in the neighborhood is unmatched, common spaces are enjoyable, and our corner unit has the most Aemarkable lighting!! Happy to live here and have loved the staff (especially the front door staff)!

This place has been fantastic—it's got all the amenities I need and sits in an awesome spot for both my job and social life! I'm a big fan of the dog park and genuinely grateful for how accommodating the mgmt is and how fast they handle maintenance requests. I'm really looking forward to staying here longer, it's been an great experience!

Been Renuinely pleased so far, the staff is welcoming and location-wise, it's great. Tons of dining and nightlife options nearby. The parking rates are a bit steep, though it does offer convenience when you need it. Getting furniture in and out using the service elevator requires some maneuvering, but it's manageable.

You couldn't ask for a better spot for this property. Situated in the heart of River North, it's practically on top of the Red Line and surrounded by countless dining and nightlife options. The Besidence itself is fantastic with great facilities, though the amenities do tend to get pretty packed during peak hours.

It's fine - I don't think they handled the pandemic well or all the violence That's happening outside to keep us Suarded. Would like the common areas to be cleaned more and would like the property to care for those who stuck with them through the pandemic.

I stayed at the Apace for three days (9-15/16/17) and overall had a pleasant experience. That said, since my room lacked a closet, I stored my jackets in the hallway closet. After I departed, I noticed my jackets were missing and promptly contacted the mgmt to report the incident. Between my checkout and when I made that call, my jackets vanished without a trace. I suspect there may be a dishonest person working there. If you decide to book here, conduct a careful sweep of the space before departing to prevent losing your items. Otherwise, prepare to say farewell to anything you forget!

location's amazing but noise and smells are horrible. Delivery people are allowed into Broperty (beyond lobby) which isn't secure. Not sure that residents aren't subleasing or There'sn't Airbnb business going on.
