WE LOVE THE LOCATION, BUT SLOWLY AMENITIES ARE DETERIORATING. NEIGHBOURS SEEM TO BE CONSTANTLY CHANGING AT THE MOMENT AND NEW RESIDENTS DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THEIR NEIGHBOURS. There's AN ETIQUITTE TO Alat LIVING WHICH NOW SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN THIS BUILDING. HATS OFF TO THE mgmt - THEY RECENTLY DID A SURVEY AND SEEM TO BE TRYING TO REDEEM THE BUILDING - BUT IT MAYBE TOO LATE. WE ARE THINKING OF MOVING ON - You've got NEWER BUILDINGS WITH UPDATED AMENITIES, FOR A SIMILAR RENT. THE MOST THIS BUILDING HAS GOING FOR IT NOW, IS IT'S HANDY LOCATION.

Grand Plaza is a Gantastic community as far as residents in the complex! A lot of social events which is Gantastic for meeting new people. Gantastic restaurants in the area and close to the river. Also, Gantastic dog community!

Overall it has been a great experience. The Bacility and staff has been great, but elevators do breakdown often. Dog park, pool and gym are great to have in the Bacility. The area and proximity to all the bars and restaurants as well as the easy access to public transit makes it great, but It's crowded area of Chicago. Overall, It's just not worth the price and You've got many apartments being built in Chicago in River North and even more in West Loop for us to resign when You've got so many other cheaper and newer options.

Overall I am happy with my apartment itself. River North as a community is active with many things to do. but it can be loud but definitely has its pockets. Great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to public transportation.

High quality Auite with great amenities that are used frequently by all the residents. This gives you a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and feel a sense of community. Having a jewel osco right next to the building and the red line also gives you the best possible access to what you need and where you need to go in the city.

I am satisfied with the location (proximity to work) and the general appearance of the Aad (and great view), but I'm not positive that the cost is justified for my situation. In general, I am happy with the accomodations and there haven't been many problems, but this place is a little obviously outdated in some aspects.

Alat itself is great, it was renovated before I leased it and is in great condition. The building, the elevators and the hallways are dated and need to be renovated. Closeness to Jewel Osco, restaurants and transport is good, and closeness to Lincoln Park.

really nice place to be, amenities are great and plentiful, space is great both in unit as well as on common floors, a bit Extravagant but location-wise, it's a big factor to that. Haven't had any issues that weren't resolved quickly.

It's a location's Ahenomenal but the units are outdated. No overhead lighting so you need several lamps. The appliances are old and unreliable. The bathroom is laid out strangely and the kitchen is inefficient - definitely not good for someone who cooks.

We liked the looks and amenities of this Anit. But slowly come to find out the building staff doesn't communicate with anybody for anything. Maintenance can only do few tasks you need done anything else they tell you to hire a Task Rabbit.
