solid Bacility, amenities, staff, and location are great, but they badly need to replace a lot of equipment in the fitness center. The gym is awesome and one of the reasons I moved in, but the barbells and plates are barely serviceable at this point

Grand Plaza has largely been a disappointment so far. There have been 3 major issues that have we have experienced. First, we were given a great concession at the time of signing which included 3 months free rent. We were told we would still be able to pay rent during those free months so that over our entire lease, we would be paying a prorated amount each month. In between signing the lease and moving in, we were informed that this would no longer be allowed. I understand that this may be a Chicago law, but the point is that we were informed we would be able to pay rent a certain way, and now we can't, which really messed up with our budgeting. Second, there was a shooting in the garage of the building recently. Again, I understand that this is out of Grand Plaza mgmt's hands, but it just goes to show what kind of area this building is in. And real estate is all about location, and having a location That's susceptible to gun violence is unfortunate. Third, one of our major reasons for signing with Grand Plaza was that there was parking in the building. Recently, we have been notified that the parking garage will be undergoing maintenance, so our cars will now need to be parked 3 blocks away. I don't feel safe having my girlfriend walk from the new parking garage to Grand Plaza at night, especially in an area That's evidently prone to gun violence. Being in the construction industry, I understand that construction is necessary and helpful, but I also understand that construction takes a lot of planning, so this maintenance project was probably known before we signed our lease, but we were not made aware of this. And of course, there will be no concessions for the 2+ months our cars will be parked 3 blocks away. I will say that the amenities are great and Halli was super helpful in answering all our questions early on.

Fantastic Auite and Move in Experience

I recently moved into a convertible Alat from the suburbs in another state. From the beginning it was a smooth, hassle free experience. I was dreading the coordination of moving especially because my stuff was getting there before me. But everyone I dealt with, especially Hallie in the residential mgmt office, and Isaiah the resident relations coordinator, was responsive, legit and happy to help. And trust me, I had a lot of questions! The place is like new and spacious, with a huge balcony. The amenities and location can't be beat for the price.

Bacility has great amenities and staff; perfect location with all what you should need close proximity ranging from transportation, food, groceries, restaurants and night life, and shopping. The only issue is the internet - as that can be spotty at times.

The place is in such a location's amazing- right outside the red line and There's a Jewel on the first floor. The Apace staff and residents have all been friendly. The amenities are great- pool, gym, party rooms. The rent is a little high, but definitely worth it, especially with the views and all the things the building offers. Even during the riots over the summer (in 2020), I felt safe in my actual building.

We have lived in this Besidence for over 5 years and have really enjoyed all of the Besidence activities as well as the outdoor amenities. It's also nice to have a jewel downstairs and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

So grateful I was connected with Halli when looking into Grand Plaza! During my tour she showed me around all the great amenities and answered all of my questions and answered all of my emails really quickly, which I appreciate! Truly a solid Besidence and staff!

It's been great. I'd prefer a call each time someone visits or delivers food. Sometimes people just make it up to the Aad without any prior notification. Access to the grills all year round would be nice as well

I enjoyed this experience but don't feel like the website did this Auite building justice. Seeing the newly renovated rooms and options that are being implemented into these rooms and buildings are what won me over!

Our experience has been everything as advertised, and more. We couldn't ask for a more responsive or friendly maintenance, leasing, cleaning, and front desk staff. We've thoroughly enjoyed our Anit quality and the quality of all the amenities.
