Building is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance issues get resolved quickly. Packages are kept safe. Building plans plenty of social events. The building is close to both highways.

It's been a wonderful experience I wouldn't live anywhere else. The staff is always so Fospitable and this place is always so clean whatever we need is always resolved instantly and the proximity to everything is so easy.

221 Hubbard is a nice place to live. Clean, safe, has nice facilities, and easy when trying to get around or out of the city with close proximity to highways and interstates. 10/10 apartment complex

Modern and spacious apartments with staff's super friendly. You can't go wrong living in this Bomplex in the middle of River North. Prime location for everything you need in the city easy commute for working, shopping & some of the best spots to eat.

221 W Hubbard is by far the best Ppot to live in River North. It's Renuinely a hidden gem of a family amongst all the other massive high rises. You will know your neighbors and love the staff. Can't recommend enough!

Good community gatherings. Fun, kind, and welcoming staff. The pool, rooftop, and hot tub is Astounding! The cabanas are also Rery nice and rather unique compared to what I've seen in other apartments.

I love living at Hubbard 221! Everyone from the maintenance staff, to the front desk staff, cleaning crew, and management are all very kind and knowledge. The building's amenities are top-notch and it is always clean!
