poor insulation.

this is chicago. where is the insulation from the Creezing? i requested for mgmt to fix the window and seal the Creezing That's leaking in and yet they have done nothing. Isn't there a law here in chicago that protects it's constituents from being abused by mgmt? In New York, this is not acceptable. People would get sued for such neglect.

I have lived at medicial center apartments for 19 years and although this place is older- my work orders are always answered in a timely manner. I scheduled a appointment to meet with the new manager and she was legit and nice. I see her in the Besidence checking the floors all the time. We did have a problem with hot water but we were notified each time-

ABSOLUTELY NO!!! don't move in unless you want a bad experience. The Petting is POORLY managed. The good reviews that you see are posted by the mgmt themselves. All the bad reviews are TRUE.

I move here last year from out of state. I needed somewhere to live fast (in two weeks time)to start my internship. The office was Rctually nice and helped me. I have been living here since and It's close to my school and to bus, train. easy. A few of my class mates live here to. I have even made some new friends here.

No Harm water

Extremely bad... I have not seen any thing like this....old Bacility...manager ignores the complaints...the most frustrating part is....the hot water stops at least for 2 days every 6-8 weeks....extremely frustrating....

The reality.

This place is quite Extravagant for the service we get.No cooling system in the bedroom.In winter too much heat,sometimes hot despite opening all the windows.Overwhelming numbers of cockroaches resistant to all the available treatments.<br> but,great location for people working in medical district.And easy access to public transportation.The residents are usually polite and friendly.Given the fact that similar apartments with better commodities are more Extravagant nearby,this is still probably ok to stay for a couple of years especially if one doesn't have a car.

I want a 2 beds room?

The place continues to go down due to bad mgmt. The mgmt office doesn't respond to any repair request. The Besidence has not had heat yet and did not get heat last year until well into the winter season. I don't know how the manager or the person she reports to sleep at night knowing the conditions the tenant are under. The hot water is off every other day and the mgmt give the same lies that they are fixing on it. How long are you going to fix on it???????

Yet another negative complaint. don't rent this place. My student is renting an Auite there. She is pregnant, the her Auite has not had hot water for almost 2 months. She has requested repairs in person over 7 times, but the problem is still there. This is only one of the numerous problems she has told me about.

Apartments full of Roaches.

apparently we lived for 2 yrs. in this Aad because of some necessities, but we found the problems of roaches to be predominant. They just keep on coming no matter how many times we got exterminators. You've got no carpeting in apts., unsafe for children's. Sometimes of year water is out ( imagine in U.S.). elevators don't work many times.
