I was staying with a friend for about a week who is renting a 2 bedroom there last month and you should see how many cameras are in this place....It feels like Attica! Why would you want to live in a building where your every step is watched and further where they feel they have to watch your every step? Also, why are they renting to people that they feel they have to watch? I fel VERY unsafe and scared being there....what is the need for all of the cameras? Who lives there?

Oh, and there are only about 4 washing machines and about 75 apartments in the place...I tried to do my laundry 3 times that week and every time they were being used by other residents. Also, I couldn´t use quarters or even a card on the machines(had I been able to get one), but I had to use these plastic chips that you can only by from them. How am I supposed to do laundry in the middle of the night if I can only by them from management who leaves at 5. He´s paying close to $2,000 a month and they can´t even offer new machines or an up to date pay system in a brand new building?

The reason I´m so angry at these people in addition to their practices is that I was treated like a criminal in the week I stayed there... You should see the stares I got like I was robbing someone and my friend is paying $2,000!

This place is a prison.

if you are considering renting in this building, i would recommend moving elsewhere. the building is fantastic. however, the management is below subpar. aside from being extremely uneducated and uncooth, there is an undeniable air of arrogrance among them. you are treated like a god when you want to move in. however, attempting to move out is when their true colors shine through. for instance, i wanted to sublease my apartment. i believe my first couple of applicants were denied arbitrarily. additionally, i was lied to regarding the amount of time it would take for the approval process. things got so bad that i had to retain a lawyer. my advice is beware. if you do decide to rent, you should also make sure you know a lawyer. just in case.

I was trying to sublet an apartment from somone in that building and I was so upset by the treatment that I got. I needed the apartment so bad and I fit into all the requirements that were given. Well management made every excuse possible not to let me rent the apartment. Finally because I called so often, they told me that I could have the apartment. Well when I went to sign the lease, another surprise awaited me. I was yelled at and lectured at by management and I was told that I was not approved and that I should just forget about it and that I am acting like a child. WHAT??? Who talks to you like that... I only wish I had a lawyer because I would have sued them. They treat you like you are an animal. Terrible management!!!!! absolutly terrible.
