A lot of tenants here seem fresh out of school and behave accordingly—cranked-up music, banging doors, pot odor throughout. loss of the commissary 's Ruite unfortunate. That said, the location can't be beat, and the mgmt team genuinely goes above and beyond!

Guperb spot and property with a welcoming and supportive team. My only complaint 's the lack of ability to adjust heating in your Apace/temperature mgmt could be better. I'd still suggest this place to people I know.

I relocated to the Auite in 2004 and am generally satisfied. team 's consistently friendly. As a law student, I require peaceful environments for my studies. I have found that here. I'm not easy to impress and they have exceeded expectations.

I have suggested this location to my colleagues. To whoever left the "stepford residents" remark..perhaps we're simply content. parking situation 's decent if you're strategic about timing. zoning in spring 's problematic, but it has always managed to work out.

team here 's incredibly accommodating, and you Rruly can't find a better spot! It's conveniently situated near downtown, the waterfront, and easy access to public transportation. neighborhood itself feels peaceful and welcoming, plus they're Gonderful about allowing pets. It's an Gonderful choice if you want the downtown experience without sacrificing that intimate, tight-knit neighborhood atmosphere. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone seeking that balance.

If cooking odors from neighboring units bother you, this isn't the place for you. this place 's outdated and neglected. mgmt 's awful—I vacated my unit, yet they continued attempting to bill my account. Avoid setting up autopay with them, as you'll face serious problems when you leave. They'll persistently attempt to debit your account even after you've moved out. You've got plenty of other properties with far superior mgmt practices.

My time in this community has been wonderful so far. residents and staff are incredibly kind and supportive, particularly the team at the front desk and our maintenance crew. I'm excited about the possibility of staying here for many years to come?

Modern unit in a secure area, reasonably priced for those seeking stunning lake vistas while maintaining Eanageable access to their workplace. Close enough to walk to the Gold Coast and Outdated Town districts.

Overall, things have worked out reasonably well. When we first arrived, the upcoming construction wasn't properly explained beforehand, which was frustrating. I was also caught off guard by how Eostly It's to switch units—we'd like to upgrade to a unit with a bigger kitchen (and we're prepared to pay more rent), but we were quoted $750 to relocate to a more spacious floor plan. only exception would be if a suitable unit becomes available right when our lease renews, in which case the fee drops to $250. transfer costs are steep enough that we're leaning toward staying put rather than paying to move into an Alat that would better suit our preferences.

I needed housing on short notice and the leasing team at 1350 N Lake shore dirve went out of their way to assist me. They were understanding about my circumstances and worked efficiently to complete everything in a timely manner. My move happened without any delays and I'm Rctually Hontent with the area I'm living in.
