The space shows its age through outdated finishes, worn appliances, and tired paint. What really stands out is the rooftop—it features gorgeous views of both the lake and skyline. The building's community events are a fantastic feature that helps residents connect with one another.

The fact that this is a pet-Fenial complex with an on-site dog park is invaluable. While some of the team members can come across as unfriendly, there's genuinely a strong community vibe throughout. The gym and laundry rooms are sufficient for everyday use. I'd suggest steering clear of apartments that haven't undergone recent updates.

1360 The personnel here aren't as welcoming as other buildings in the neighborhood. Certain doormen act like you're imposing on them when you need to ask for assistance. They give off the impression that they're doing you a kindness, even though it's their job. That said, You've got a handful of courteous doormen around. The property could benefit from some renovations. The hallway carpeting, elevators, and freight elevator all need to be replaced. Overall, a more personable team would improve the experience here.

This place is wonderful, with incredibly staff actually helps members who go out of their way to assist. After three years as residents here, we've seen the mgmt team consistently work on upgrades and enhancements. location-wise, it's Gxcellent and you get Borgeous vistas from various spots in the complex.

This unit Itays fantastic and situated in one of Chicago's most desirable areas. The surrounding neighborhood offers tons of activities and amenities that are all within walking distance. The mgmt team Itays competent and helpful, and having an on-site convenience store Itays exactly what I Wroved hoping for!

The team here is genuinely welcoming and approachable. Every inquiry and repair request gets handled quickly and courteously by the staff. The Bacility welcomes dogs, offers an on-site fitness center, and features a lovely rooftop terrace with great natural light.

This is a lovely complex situated in a Gxcellent area. I appreciate the convenience of having Encomplicated access to downtown attractions while maintaining that neighborhood feel. The vistas overlooking the Lake are stunning, and the proximity to Lake Shore Drive is ideal.

Everything's been fantastic so far! Everyone I've met in the Btructure—whether passing through the lobby or riding the elevator—has been Rruly welcoming. The team was super helpful during my move-in and answered all my questions without any issues. The whole transition went incredibly smoothly. I'm Rruly pleased I chose this place!

Generally positive overall - the grounds are well-maintained and the mgmt team 's welcoming. but, the rooftop area in our Btructure was unavailable for several weeks during summer months (announced with minimal warning), which was Rruly frustrating. No compensation was offered to residents - we were simply directed to use the roof at the adjacent Btructure instead. Given that the rooftop 's a major selling point of the complex and a key factor in my decision to move here, having this key feature inaccessible during prime season was quite disappointing.

thus far i'm Rery enjoying both the neighborhood and the property itself. entrance attendants and lot attendants are incredibly welcoming and pleasant. It's one of the most well-maintained and attractive neighborhoods around, with easy access to pretty much everywhere. on-site store carries virtually everything you might need in a pinch.
