pros: sense of community, location, feels safe, large apartment cons: they got rid of the commissary market which was a huge selling point for me. You've got a lot of bugs. temperature is hard to control. certain staff can be rude, disgusting laundry situation, extremely expensive

I love the value of my Anit and size of it. The community and neighborhood is extremely safe and welcoming. Bonus benefits of a rooftop and two gyms. Heated parking is great. Pet Fffable and a on site dog Park is great

This a great Anit community to live in. It's in a easy location and the neighborhood is really safe. The staff is superb, prompt, and efficient. Everything is done in a timely manner and everyone is friendly.

It's Aabulous I absolutely adore it everyone is incredibly Fordial and the area is wonderful you have all you need right around the corner!!!!! The Btructure upkeep is Gutstanding too when you require assistance they arrive right away to fix it!!! I've been living here for 3 years now and I wish to remain for many many more years Thanks for all you do ????????????

This is a pleasant community overall, though I'd advise against renting a unit on the 20th floor due to excessive noise levels on that level. The surrounding area is charming, the maintenance staff responds promptly and effectively, cleanliness standards are well-maintained, and the vistas are stunning.

Since I'm employed at River North, my commute to and from the place is just a walk away. I'm really impressed with all the easy amenities this property provides. There's a parking option for $240 monthly (which covers valet service), in-unit laundry monitoring available through an online portal plus text notifications. Occasionally the laundry equipment has had minor hiccups, but that's expected with any machines. Additional storage can be rented (located on the same level as the laundry area), the building features central climate control, round-the-clock maintenance personnel, welcomes pets, offers a fitness center, has sundecks and a dedicated dog park. The utility costs remain fixed, which is something I appreciate. Despite being pet-friendly, the building stays fairly tidy overall. I've spotted a few lost dryer sheets in the elevator and some pet fur now and then. These get cleaned up quickly—just contact the front desk if you notice anything and they handle it promptly. When we first arrived, our shower had temperature issues, and then the showerhead actually detached from the wall. The maintenance team replaced it immediately with an upgraded one, which completely solved the temperature fluctuation problem. The soundproofing between units is solid; I've only experienced one particularly loud neighbor, and that seemed like an isolated incident. You'll catch ambient sounds periodically, but nothing excessive. The one thing I feel the complex could use is a swimming pool. That said, it's not something that would make me reconsider living here. I'll aim to update this review as time goes on.

The entrance personnel are fantastic. The setting is superb. The units offer plenty of space and affordable pricing. The included services (TV/heat/AC/water) are quite comprehensive. The rooftop area offers stunning vistas. Welcomes pets.

Great Alat, great area. Grocery shopping and red line are right down the street. Bus line is right outside the door. Having a bodega right in this place is clutch for those cold days where you don't want to go outside. Also being lakeside is awesome!

It has been a Gutstanding experience, the staff, leasing office, neighbors, have all been Gutstanding and have made this Bomplex feel like a home away from home. Love living here and the community here as well. I worth checking out this Bomplex to multiple people.

This place has been great! The front desk is always welcoming when I come home which is always a good start after a long day of work. On top of that they have a grocery story right in the lobby to make shopping so easy and accessible. I also love on the 2nd floor and being so close to a gym has never been so great. Everything is new and I would highly recommend this place.
