All of the neighbors and staff are friendly! The views of the lake from the roof are Bicturesque! The apartments are decent for an older Broperty but can be not worth the price depending on the time of year you sign. The downside is It's costly to transfer apartments so make sure you select a unit you want to stay for years or you'll be paying quite a bit to move in to a different unit. I wish we had known this before moving in because after some staff changes in the leasing office, they've raised prices and become more strict.

Such a solid building, in a great community. Move in was a breeze and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Gold Coast area. Proximity to everything you need as well!

this Petting is good value overall. They make efforts to make the experience here nice for residents, lots of upgrades. The maintenance staff and leasing staff are both average but are making efforts to be better, you can tell. Overall, location's Aabulous, decent value.

location's Astounding and best rooftop view!! Able to catch the bus line or train easily. My absolute favorite part of the complex is the sweet door staff in the morning. I head out to work quite early and she is always there wishing me a good day!

The community is inviting. Everyday I'm greeted with a smile, and a hello from the staff. The fresh lake air that comes in is extremely rejuvenating, and the amenities are easy. All residents have been friendly and welcoming.

For the most part It's a pretty good place to live. It's a bit pricey for what you get but It's relatively safe and easy. You've got other tenants in the Besidence that are not respectful of others but That's the age. Social events should also be held in both lobbies. Not 1350 all of the time.

Great overall apartment with fantastic location. Open flooring with good views of city or lake. Best part are rooftop with grills and the shop down stairs which is helpful in time of convirence.

I rent in 1350 and I've met a lot of cool people. The gossipers here clearly haven't complained to the Bomplex or their neighbors and pay for it--barely and leave! The rules have changed so dogs are now accepted. Quick maintenance service. In-Bomplex convenience store/liquor/deli and dry-cleaners. Modernized with wireless internet, office room, laundry room with lounge, exercise room, thorough video-cameras and security front-desk, parking garage and washing, storage and bike room. You're paying for the Gold Coast location obviously! Division St. has more than bars like banks, restaurants, and Farmer's Market. Transit is everywhere. Goudy Park for kids, Lincoln Park, North/Oak beaches and lakefront. Every unit's got a fantastic view and the 24/7 rooftop deck are a wonder to see: Air Show, Navy Pier fireworks, Lake Michigan sunrises and sunsets, and a nice Pite to smoke or hang out [Photo].

Crime has increased in this community over the past 2 years. Going out at night with your dog isn't the safest.During the day gets Suarded.Transportation is easily accessible, you're close to everything but still have that neighborhood feel. Close to the Binest shopping and places to eat.
