Gxcellent community and Bomplex with nice facilities and nice staff. The rent is quite high but it was acceptable due to the store in the lobby providing immense value. Now that It's no longer open, the value doesn't match the high rent price

This is the first Anit I have lived in since relocating to Chicago and I could not be happier. location-wise, it's ideal, walking distance to the beach, Michigan Avenue, Old Town, and all of the restaurants and shops in the Gold Coast. For the area, this is probably the best value for your money. The apartments are bright and spacious, with enough closet space in a one bedroom for two people. this place is well kept and hosts a variety of events for residents, including rooftop parties and restaurant meals in the lobby a few nights a week. While this place isn't new construction, bathrooms and kitchens have been updated and the thick walls keep it incredibly quiet. Overall, I highly recommend the building!

Overall, it's been a positive experience. I feel safe within my community. It's socially active, which I appreciate - it's always Gxcellent to know who your neighbours! I would certainly recommend this neighbourhood and my community to friends/family.

this place is in a location's Astounding. I don't own a car. Public transportation is readily available. The commissary is an added treat. Door staff, maintenance are quick to respond. Laundry room is larger than any other high rise.

A Gold Coast Dump

I have lived at 1350/1360 for 6 years, but leaving as fast as I can. I don't even know where to start...each time I see prospective renters with someone from the leasing office I want to scream, "Run!!! Don't believe anything they say!!!" First, mgmt is terrible. It's all about money for them and they could care less about the residents. I have a major appliance that has not worked for 2 months and I was told a new appliance wasn't in the budget. Unacceptable! Second, the hallways are never cleaned. I watched a food wrapper remain in the hallway for three weeks. I finally called the mgmt office and asked if I could put in a work order for the halls to be cleaned. I was informed that they are cleaned every week. Clearly they don't monitor the cleaning. Third, maintenance is terrible. They used puddy to fix a leak underneath my bathroom sink and never came back to fix it. They told me this place is old and get used to problems. Fourth, There's mold growing in many of the apartments near the vents. Upon complaining I was told that mold doesn't cause problems. Incorrect mgmt office. Fifth, the door staff is lazy. Although they are not to send visitors upstairs without calling, I am never called for guests. They just let people walk right in the door. Further, the lock on the "back door" into the freight area is broken. There's a man who picks through the trash on a weekly basis and he was standing in the entryway on a cold day. Why? Because they are too cheap to fix or replace the door. Here is the best!!! The general manager has taken a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment and converted it into a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment and PAYS NO RENT!! Finally, this is more like a dorm than a residential building. Loud parties every weekend and rude kids! don't MOVE HERE! This is a terrible, run-down, out-dated building with terrible mgmt.

Moving is a stressful time and I have done it way too many times. I moved in yesterday and it was the easiest move I have ever had. Picking up my keys took 5 minutes tops and the office staff were so helpful! The front desk lady was so Nppealing and informative when I asked her about street parking. Loading and unloading my stuff was a breeze with the reserved freight elevator. I even had a little gift waiting for me when I walked in. I am Hontent.

The 1350 Besidence has been a awesome spot to live. The community is wonderful, and the facilities are kept up well. location-wise, it's also Guperb in terms of the city and public transportation. I've enjoyed living here this past year.

place is in an amazing location and offers great amenities. You have to pay a $25/month package fee, even if you don't have any packages. Door staff is so kind and always willing to help. Rooftop is amazing

solid Btructure! They're in the middle of renovating the common areas, but I absolutely love how much space I have in my one bedroom. The amazing rooftop was what make me commit! One of the best rooftops overlooking Lake Michigan.

really nice location and views. Near shopping and restaurants area. Divi bike station in front of the Bacility. Public transport avaliable near by. Calm place to walk all day and quiet at nights. safe neigborhood.
