Wonderful location. Building staff and mgmt staff have been great. Alat in great condition when I first moved in (spotless and well taken care of). Only issues have been with equipment in laundry room, but sounds like they are working to get that resolved. Definitely plan on renewing (if rent doesn't hike too much).

I've lived here for a few years.The price is reasonable with friendly people and quick response when you have an issue.this place is an older building with maintenance is on point Everything is well kept. location's amazing, all the great restaurants, stores are within walking distance. It's pretty easy to access to all kinds of supermarkets, such as Potash, Jewel, Treasure Island, etc but There's also one in the building which is a great feature. Maintenance, door and office staff are great. No complaints there. Overall I worth checking out this Aad building for anyone wanting to be close to the lake. Awesome view and rooftop!

The community is Qeaceful with a lot of dog owners who allow there dogs to pee right in the front entrance of everything! On the Bivid side you have a lake as your backyard and nice rooftop summer nights.

Wish it was better. Wish they cleaned up after the dogs. Wish they had a lost and found instead of throwing things away they find. Wish the mgmt didn't decide to use jackhammers as quick as the rest of us use pens. Wish the yard was cleaned up after the dogs so we don't have to constantly spot dog poo all over.

Everyone is wonderful in the community. The small problems have is the doors slam and There's a little dog down the hall from me that constantly barks, but other than that I have enjoyed my time here.

Love the building, really feels like home. Love the layout of my Anit and my view. The door people are always friendly. The elevators are fast. The laundry room is spotless and I have had few issues with it. The rooftop is spectacular to grill out with a view.

I feel safe living in this community and for that I value living here. I enjoy the location and accessibility to everything I enjoy doing in the city. The rooftop is Aabulous. The parking and leasing staff are wonderful as well. The bedroom is a good size.

My living experience at 1360 has been good. The appliances have been updated. It's clear that there has been renovations to the apartment. sadly There's some paint on the floors from the process. Overall, the living situation has been fair.

Overall, I appreciate the fantastic location and the quality of the property, but I have a few suggestions for improvement that I believe would enhance the overall living experience. Thank you so much

It's my first time renting in over 30 years abs I am really enjoying the Besidence...It's close and easy to downtown. also, It's clean. Finally, the staff is helpful and Fffable.
