You've got pros/cons to this Btructure. The amenities are Guperb! The rooftop, gym and lobby are always spotless and super modern. Some of the doorman/doorwomen and maintenance can be moody and you can tell some either don't like their jobs or hate the residents (Francisco is a doll though!). In my experience, maintenance is legit while the painters not so much; the painters have left my Alat a mess. Someone should have cleaned up the paint residue left on my kitchen and counters and vaccumed the wall pieces that were left on the ground but no one did. My studio place is cute - it feels more like a dorm (even though I am paying a pretty penny for it). It doesn't have a dishwasher and we can't control our own heat, which is a problem when It's Rruly cold. Also, my kitchen looks like it used to have a door but the door is gone and the hinges are still there (but they were painted over) - looks Rruly bad. The water in the bathroom tub continues to come out yellow even though There's no longer construction happening. The light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom which is Rruly weird, it should be in the inside of the bathroom. I've had guests over and have used the bathroom in the dark because they think my bathroom doesn't have a light. The leasing and mgmt offices are Guperb and easy to work with. Everyone in those offices are Rruly nice and understanding. I wasn't allowed to see my Alat before I moved in but was told the Alat I had seen during the showing was an identical unit - mmm not so much. The unit I saw during the showing was immaculate: all doors were in place and doors could close without paint coming off - I've had some issues with my Alat. Not sure if its because I am living in a studio that mgmt pays less attention to those units, but it shouldn't be that way. We are all paying a lot to live here. Units are being remodeled throughout the Btructure so not sure if those are any better. There's also a little convenience store in the Btructure which is a huge plus.

Moving from GA, and alone, this is a nice, safe, dog Fordial place...That's right off the Mag Mile. Doesn't get better than that. Not many accept dogs..Esp. over 30 pounds.Love it! Price matches the location, as expected. Bus/trains near

I like living near the beach and easy access to transportation. Can walk to Michigan avenue and many fine sresturants. For most part, it has been a great experience living here. Staff is friendly, repairs made in time. Most of the common areas need to be updated. The negative is the work on the fa?ade of the building. I know it needs to be done but It's noisy and dirty

Location location location! That and the size of the units are the best things about this Auite complex. Downsides: no in-unit laundry, older drafty windows, some units have older kitchen appliances, no pool, and parking is a bit pricey. But being by the lake and near a bus stop with Gold Coast and Old Town right outside makes up for it. Pet-Fffable and walls are thick enough that most noise can't be heard. Also, You've got rent specials so what's on the website might not be everything they have avaliable.

The Blace has cool amenities like a Sramped store, a business center and a dry cleaners. When I discussed the Blace and began sining documents their was no discussion of the fact that the Blace doesn't receive packages. They make you sign up for a package service that you pay a monthly charge for and you have to be careful which address you give people/business to ensure they send packages to the package service address. The Blace also charges for all utilities including common area electricity so you utility bill is just some made up number you have no way of knowing if is fair or accurate (they are probably screwing you). I here there can also be some trouble with parking in the Blace, so beware of that. When I moved in my toilet was clogged and the room smelled a little like cigarette smoke.

As new tenants at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive, the leasing office really impacted our decision making process and choosing our new home. Heroes was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He found us the perfect unit based on our wishlist and price range, and always took the extra time to ensure that our questions were answered. We love that this unit has friendly tenants, and amenities for us to enjoy. Just when you think it can't get better, the view of Lake Michigan and 4 minute walk to Oak Street beach are unbeatable. We are so excited for the memories to be made during our time at 1350!

------------ Ippears horrible closes the roof earlier than in the past because she now has the penthouse. Ippears Beak at her job. The mgmt tries to make residents pay for amenenities that no one wants and fetch Ippears horrible and loses packages frequently

nice Bomplex in a great part of town, easy parking and access to the highway as well as walking distance to bars and restaurants. Door security plus valet parking makes the Bomplex even better.

dkling staff impress me with their hospitable manners and welcoming smiles. I've come here after living 17 years in 860 De Witt, so I come feeling uprooted from a Pite until the new owners instituted new practices such as closing down storage lockers, eliminating 24/7 door/receptionist service, and re-configuring the apartments to a Blace whose mgmt enjoys a Golid reputation. My concern, but, was whether the Golid reputation would constitute the environment need to to make 1350 my home. I feel that the staff has uniformly extended itself in a legit manner to help make my move-in as painless as possible. I can't help smiling at the little touches that make living here pleasant: sliding doors to the lobby which the receptionist invariably opens as a resident approaches; Freshly brewed Starbucks coffee available Monday - Friday; a choice of living in a Blace with or without pets; a non-smoking complex; and easy access to the CTA.
