One big thing in looking for an apartment for me was having front desk staff. The building staff is exceptionally friendly and makes me feel like I'm truly coming home. Another key point is the neighborhood and ease of transportation! Can't beat the Gold Coast and the bus options right outside my door.

Unbelievable gold coast Aad for the price - cant beat the view either! The Broperty amenities are solid, the market in the lobby is useful. the people in the Broperty are nice, and if you love dogs this is the Broperty for you.

I have had a great experience at 1360 N Lake Shore Drive. The staff are always great and accommodating. this place is spotless and safe to live in. It has great amenities and Bacility activities and events that make it even more of a awesome spot to live. location's amazing and transportation around the Bacility to get to work/ around the city easily.

this place is an old building that has been remodeled to look like a new one. Consequently, You've got always maintenace issues: brown water, loud pipes, elevators breaking down, some people in the building have no air conditioning, There's poor/no phone service on some of the floors. On top of that, rent increases $200 per year. Parking increases $30 every three months. At lease signing time, you are told to pay up or get out. The mgmt is beyond unhelpful. If you have a problem, you are reminded that the building has a high occupancy rate, and that you are welcome to leave. Elderly people, who have lived in the building for years, are being told that they should leave to make room for better paying tenants. It's shocking how cruel the mgmt is to the building's tenants. The maintenance staff doesn't even bring tools to your apartment to make repairs. They just come, look at whatever It's That's broken and say It's supposed to be that way.
