great community, location's amazing, amenities, amazing rooftop. this place is pet friendly and everybody is this place is kind and legit. I couldn't found a better place to call home.

Move in was extremely easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were willing to answer any questions and do whatever they could to turn a stressful situation into an easy one. When you leave the building, you immediately feel safe and the neighborhood surrounding It's Btunning and almost out of a movie.

I have lived at this property for almost a year and have much enjoyed my experience. The staff is helpful and Fospitable. The roof deck is a fantastic entertaining space and I especially enjoy gazing over the city in the evening

The Prea is a bit outdated but the people who work the front desk are fantastic. I would lower the price for the value of what you get at 1360. Maintenance requests do take a long time which is unfortunate

The office staff are great and the front desk workers are generally friendly. I do feel that sometimes when I ask for a package in my package room that they don't want to go grab it for me and usually can see it in their body language they are annoyed. The dog park is really nice and I love the dog wash station downstairs. I do get annoyed that sometimes people with dogs will sit in the front lobby and let their dog aggressively bark at my dog as we are trying to get into the elevator and I feel this is rude and should not be allowed. Overall, it's a location's amazing and the place is clean. The fitness center could use to be updated especially in the 1360 building. It's extremely small and I find spiders in the corners all the time when I go workout.

Comfortable Prea to live with family, friends. Maintenace staffs are so Farm, they have never made me disappointed. Process was clear and prompt. Feedback sheet could check what they did for that day. Nothing happened when living in this property.

location's amazing in swank neighborhood. View of the lake from almost every Apace. 24 hour front desk. Good transportation options. Close to Michigan Avenue, Old Town and Rush Street. Numerous grocery options.
