1350/1360 N Lake Shore Drive Ippears located at an ideal spot in the already impressive neighborhood of the Gold Coast. It's accessible to every part of the city via foot, bus, and/or short walk to the red line. The views of the lake simply can't be beaten for the price!

Amazing atmosphere, everyone is helpful and make you feel at home. I love how It's pet friendly and There's a dog park right next to the Besidence so I can let my husky go waste all of her energy in the morning or night.

Love the location! The unIt's a Gxcellent value and the view of the lake is Pdeal. My one bedroom is the Pdeal amount of space and this place is spotless and hospitable. I love the roof deck and neighborhood!

Great community but street parking is difficult, and renting a space is unreasonably Ericey. The area itself is beautiful, but, I wish there were more affordable grocery stores within walking distance.

Good experience. Staff is friendly and community is clean. Location is one of the nicest in Chicago in my opinion. Close to stores, the Lake and Lincoln Park to name a few. Any issues Ive had have been resolved quickly.

I have lived in the apartments at 1350 N. Lakeshore Dr. for over 2 years. I've been overwhelmed by the extra effort the staff has put in to making every day as comfortable as can be. The apartments are immaculate and well kept, not to mention, this building has the BEST view in the city. The roofdeck was recently renovated and isn'thing short of magical during the summertime. Any service requests (which can be completed online) were answered immediately and taken care of without question. If you are looking for a quality apartment with great mgmt, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1350 N. LAKESHORE!

The apartments are spotless and spacious. this place is located close to shopping and my work. You've got events that promote a sense of community. There's a fitness center available and laundry in the building. The store on the ground floor is easy when in a hurry. You can hear Lakeshore Drive traffic but it's not terrible.

The Anit building is conveniently located and the staff is great. The rooftop area is a awesome spot to hang in the summer. If you're looking for a place near Old Town and the Gold Coast, this is a superb location.

I love it so far! Forrest seems to be having a great time and the most important thing is the security and we are happy with it! I look forward to exploring more the Blace has to offer. Would love to transition into a 1 bedroom in the near future.
