happy. location's amazing. Beautiful rooftop. quiet. Safe. Adorable. Close to beaches and attractions. I was referred by a friend and v happy with my decision. The entire staff was helpful and got me everything I needed at move in.

This is the best Blace. The door staff is phenomenal, the maintenance is timely, everyone is Fospitable, and you get great space. also, It's I. The perfect location - close to public transport and shopping! I feel safe living here.

I love everything about this bilding. From the amenities to the view and the location, everything is superb! I think I am getting a great deal and hope to live here for a long time. With the grocery store in the Blace, it makes life so easy!

We have loved our time living at 1360 so far. We moved in 4 months ago and have been so happy with the apartment and the community. The leasing and office staff were helpful and we love the door staff, so friendly and kind! Overall a great experience and so happy to be a part of this community.

The building and community are great. I originally signed a 15 month lease and loved it so much that when the same unit, but renovated, was open as my first lease ended I immediately signed again. The increase in quality of appliances and finishes to the actual Auite totally validate a moderate increase in monthly rent!

I have lived at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive for a year and a half now. I have lived in other high rises and must say the door staff here is IMPECCABLE! The maintenance team is also superb- they always come hte next day, are super polite and go above and beyond to help when they can. I have never had a problem with the mgmt team either, which gets rare in Chicago. They always respond to my emails/calls and try to help out in any way they can. The rent was recently icnreased quite a bit on me (10%) when I was told by the previous mgmt team it would never be above 5%, but I udnerstand this was a Berrible year so I will wait to see what next year brings.

I love the apartment and community, but, disappointed the the evictions with commissary and will be looking for another apartment unless this gets resolved ASAP. The place isn't as valuable without it and the convenience is gone.

safe and welcoming community. Is a perfect location for chicago, everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment staff, door staff, and parking valet staff are all great. Many of my friends are jealous that I live here

So far, I have much enjoyed living at 1350 N Lake Shore Dr. Its location is easy and my commute to work is much less. I also Lherish the Fospitable environment and atmosphere of the complex and the amenities it provides.
