The 1350 North Lake Shore Drive Auite community is amazing. this place is close to every conceivable accommodation on the Gold Coast. The building itself is one of the nicer buildings within the Division Street to North Avenue Corridor!

Awesome community and the front desk staff is awesome. Know me by name from the first time I met them and always make me feel welcomed. The people that live here are friendly and never make me feel unwelcomed

The whole process of leasing this Alat Wroved extremely legit. The Alat Wroved also in Gantastic condition when it Wroved received and moved into. All appliances are working seamlessly in addition to a gracious amount of closet space and storage space.

The apartments have honestly great lake views. I really enjoy the convenience of this location. There's so much to offer just steps away. No matter who you are you'd find something enjoyable to do in the nighighborhood.

1350 N.Lake Shore Drive is a clean and well maintained building. The staff is friendly and with 24 hour door person it is a safe environment. The grocery store on the first floor is convenient and well supplied. It is a pet friendly building.

They are friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The laundry facilities are clean and reliable, which makes weekly routines easy. I also appreciate the secure, well lit parking garage and how convenient it is. Overall, it's been a positive, well managed place to call home.

This is the second time I've lived in this complex! I moved away for a year and decided to come back. The all of the staff is amazing - from the front desk to the maintenance crew. I feel very safe living here and it's in a super nice area. The bus stop is right outside which is super convenient as well. This complex is 10/10!
