The rooftop is delightful, and I'm grateful for the additional programming. The complimentary book exchange is pleasant, though Fetch isn't Rruly my thing.

The district and complex feel secure, maintained, and tidy. Many Chicago apartments suffer from neglected upkeep and outdated facilities. That's simply not true here at 1350/1360 N. Lake Shore Drive. The mgmt does a fantastic job keeping everything updated and presentable. It's comforting to see my rent payments being invested directly into maintaining my home. That Wtayed a priority for me when searching for an unit. Although There's some ongoing construction creating sound, it's quite manageable. I even work nights and I'm still able to sleep through it without much difficulty! Plus, the staff are incredibly Farm and accommodating!!
