don't, I repeat don't move here. Buildings are invested with RATS. Dead rats in the walls, don't get me started on the smell. mgmt, is horrible and unprofessional. Building is ran through and active with drug dealers and users. No on site security, tenants leave the back door open to exchange drug deals. Maintenance is the worse, they either don't show up to complete work orders or half fulfill the job. Let's not mention that they are known for stealing your belongings. They also sale drugs in the building and will have their friends come knock on your door to see if your home to rob you. Please don't rent with any of Upholdings property. New Evergreen apartments especially. The laundry sucks if you can ever get in there. Two washing machines and two dryers for a building with over thirty residents. The pluming is the worse, shower barley runs. Just all bad. From the shootings and killings in the neighborhood Rent at your own risk.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. unit's got a foul odor that I can't get rid off. You've got dead rats in the walls and you can smell them when the heat comes on. You've got drug dealers and drug addicts that occupy the complex. You've got huge rat holes on the grounds. Do yourself a favor and run don’t walk past this place. I can't wait to leave this place, Oh, the staff are all liars even the property manager, they will tell you anything to rent an Anit.
