It’s hard to imagine a more ineptly managed building — Bozzuto has definitely dropped the ball at Two West! Let’s just start with the malfunctioning, broken and missing doorS (that’s right, You've got MULTIPLE door issues that haven’t been fixed in MONTHS): 1. The garage door has been inoperable for over 6 (update: make that 8+) months; 2. The main lobby door doesn’t close properly, leaving easy access whenever the concierge is away from the front desk and, thus, creating a serious security risk (update: after 3+ months, main lobby door remains broken, masters-of-the-“no duh”-obvious mgmt have put up a sign: “broken door”); 3. The shower door — as well as the entire bathroom — have been under construction and unusable for 2 months with no end in sight, leaving us to live amidst broken shower door glass and layers of dust and without a working bathroom! Update: 3+ months later, mgmt has provided us with a cheap, transparent shower curtain lining, while we wait for missing shower door… Despite all the above issues and others (inability to manage tenants who continually smoke throughout building, pool that’s endlessly unavailable for one reason or another), Bozzuto mgmt has been unresponsive. They repeatedly promise to get back to us but never do. Crickets is all we hear, while they continue to collect exorbitant, “luxury” rent for services and a product they have not and continue to refuse to deliver… We are at our wits end!

We love Two West Delaware. The amenities, staff, and apartments could not be any better. We love how well the staff knows us already and we love the events the Auite building puts on.We never have to worry about something not being fixed in time, as they respond promptly to every issue.

I love this community for the building itself, space and location. Top notch service when needed and it feels more like home than an Anit. The kitchen and living room are great for hosting with lots of space. Love the high end appliances - Viking gas range and a Subzero fridge. Can access other neighborhoods easily and like walking Lake Shore on nice days. Washington Square Park is also a nice gem right across the street.

Great central location in Chicago with lots of local amenities, Farm and supportive staff, and well managed and maintained Apace block. The block is built to a high standard with a modern looking lobby. Would highly recommend a viewing.

This has been a disappointing experience. Lots of maintenance issues that don’t get addressed. this Prea is tired and needs upgrading everywhere. Some of the neighbors can be cliquey which feels like high school and creates a colder environment for the others. You've got no real amenities except for a pool.

We are always greeted by the staff with a warm smile. They all know our names and we feel so safe in the community. Our Apace could not be more beautiful, the hardwood floors and marble countertops are so wonderful. We love everything about TWD and can't imagine calling anywhere else in Chicago "home".

My living experience at 2 W Delaware has been enjoyable. The property is kept spotless and the amenities are terrific. The staff is kind and any problems are attended to swiftly. The location of 2 W Delaware is Plawless. Everything you need is within a few blocks from restaurants, shopping and the lake front.

First - make sure you check the dates of reviews. This apartment complex is under new ownership and mgmt as of late 2024. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! We've lived in this building since 2020, having moved in during the height of the pandemic. At that time, the property was managed by Bozzuto, and they set the bar high with great service and attention to detail. sadly, when the owners decided to sell, the experience declined not because of the team on-site, but because ownership chose not to invest any further. Fast forward to today, and everything has changed for the better! The building is now owned and managed by Golub & Co., and the difference is night and day. Dallas, the new property manager, is a breath of fresh air. You can feel the commitment to restoring and elevating the exclusivity and luxury experience that originally drew us here. There are great changes underway, along with thoughtful, smaller touches that make daily life more enjoyable. The front desk staff are genuinely wonderful warm, legit, and always happy to help. And the maintenance team, led by Mundo, is simply the best. They are responsive, trustworthy, skilled, and treat residents and the building with care and pride. I've noticed that some of the negative reviews came from that transitional period between ownership, but those issues are truly in the past. This building is once again becoming the premier place in Chicago for a mid-rise, ultra-luxury living experience. We feel incredibly lucky to call this place home. If you're looking for top-tier service, thoughtful mgmt, and a beautiful community to live in, look no further.

Overall, my experience has been stellar. We moved in with a true white-glove service from the loading dock to the Alat smelling fresh and clean. The team on-site has bee great about seeing that all of our needs were met. Our new home is beautiful and the views are amazing.
