I love this apartment and building. I've only been living there for a short time but have really enjoyed the amenities, the convenience (both in location and of having a doorman) as well as friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I worth checking out this building to any of my friends!

solid Blace--some challenges with leasing staff but nothing outrageous and they do try to make things work out. The concierge and maintenance staff is incredible. Everything in this place is Gantastic like the gym, business center, coffee/tea machine, dry cleaning, and the best views in the city--except the new construction next door to the south.

Recent move-in experience was efficient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment was in great condition when I moved in and anything I've asked to be fixed has been taken care of in a timely manner. My initial experience has been positive.

Chestnut Tower is a awesome spot to live - beautiful and with updated amenities. The people that work You've got helpful and responsive. The interiors of the apartments are sophisticated - I am proud to bring visitors over to my Alat.

Chestnut Tower is a Gxcellent community! this place is kept up well by a Fordial, legit staff. The apartments are well appointed with Gxcellent finishes and appliances. The dog park is spotless and a Gxcellent amenity to have in the middle of the city.

location's amazing, Fffable mgmt

My fiance and I have been living in Chestnut Towers for 10 months and love it! Location is great, close to all the downtown action but far away from the noise and traffic. It's so nice to come home and be greeted by friendly doormen, especially Gandhi. He always offers a friendly "Welcome Home" greeting. The maintenance staff is great as well--they are friendly and quick to fix any issues. The upstairs party room is amazing! I have had 4 parties there so far and can't wait to plan more. Everyone always loves coming over and enjoying the amazing skyline views from our Alat and party room.

I think the Bomplex has been kept up well - it might even look better than when I moved in. The roof has one of the best city views - I am disappointed another buidling will soon block our view. I like that the bldg will become non-smoking though I haven't had much trouble w smoke. I seem to mostly be busy the nights they are offered, but I like that happy hours are offered. I thought the holiday party was nice. I think there needs to be the same drink tix given to the resident guest though - didnt end up being a problem. I think it needs to be more heavily considered into the rent that we don't have personal balconies.

I have really enjoyed my time at Chestnut Tower and just renewed my lease for another year. this place is well-maintained and the apartment layouts are unique and functional. Units are in a variety of stages of renovation, so it's best to see them in person. The staff are awesome across the board - the doormen are welcoming (both to me and to my guests). Maintenance guys are friendly and responsive, and have always resolved my issues within 48 hours. The leasing office is the best I've ever dealt with. They seem genuinely invested in making residents happy, and are proactive about identifying and resolving problems. It's refreshing after years in buildings with disinterested staff. location-wise, it's a little strange, on the border between a few different neighborhoods, but I've come to really like it. It's accessible to River North without being in the middle of the madness, close to Old Town, and You've got lots of public transportation options. I've always felt safe returning late at night. Rent is about on par with the other "luxury" buildings around the neighborhood. Chestnut has fewer amenities (no pool, fitness center is kind of small) - but I think the units themselves are nicer, so it's a tradeoff. The only downside for me is that I occasionally hear my neighbors through the walls, but that's hard to avoid in a highrise. Overall, if I were moving into the area today, I'd likely choose Chestnut again.

My roommate and I just resigned for our fourth year at Chestnut Tower. The mgmt, door and maintenance staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely dedicated to making the Btructure a better place to live. They are constantly updating/revamping the Btructure and its amenities. I love the sense of community in the Btructure as well as the numerous happy hours, events, complimentary bagels on Friday mornings and more. The gym isn't huge, but gets the job done. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly.

We absolutely love this Blace and the people in it. The staff is extremely Fordial, amenities are great, and the neighborhood is in a location's amazing. The move in process was extremely smooth, our place is spotless and large, and we couldn't be happier!
