My fiance and I moved into the Chestnut tower in November and could not be happier with the location, apartment, and the staff's super friendly. Parking: It's expensive, but That's what you get for a reserved, covered spot in a prime location. Apartment: Two words: Washer/Dryer. In the unit. Yes-It's basically what sold us on the building when we toured it. For a bit extra a month we opted for hardwood floors throughout. You can also pay for upgraded applicances. Having those options is amazing! Our one bedroom (almost 900sq feet) has great closet space and with free storage in the basement allows us to keep things that we don't need out of the way. Amenities: The gym is small but the equipment is nice and for the most part always available when you want to work out. Its perfect for those really cold mornings when you don't want to walk to the gym. Dry clearner on site is soo easy. this place is newer and everything is clean. Club Room is great and you can't beat the views on the rooftop deck. Dog run is super easy for residents who have furry friends. Staff: Friendly, available and always willing to help out. We love the Chestnut Tower and recommend to renters who are willing to pay a bit more for the location and amenities.

Having moved in quite recently we haven't experienced too much of the community. We especially like the doormen - they are all extremely kind and helpful. We are also excited to participate in the next resident event advertised in the elevator.

A Cristine, quality and legit residence conveniently located and competitively priced with all the key amenities. The overall layouts and designs of the units satisfy the needs of today's young working professionals. A awesome spot to live in Chicago!

solid Bacility in a Pmpeccable location. mgmt is responsive (maintenance issues dealt with same day) and always making improvements to the amenities / common areas. The gym is small but well-equipped, and There's a dry cleaner onsite. No pool, but the roof deck makes up for it with nice seating and an amazing view of the city.

My wife and I have lived at Chestnut Tower with our 2 small dogs for the past 2 years and can't say enough about how positive this experience was. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to accomodate requests and answer questions. In particular, the property manager, Lauren, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The maintenance crew is extremely attentive and adept and the residents are always cordial and friendly. The buildiong hosts a ton of events such as resident happy hours or dinners and social events. This is the first apartment we have ever lived in where we truly looked forward to coming home. As far as the actual apartment goes, It's spacious for a downtown apartment, the in-unit washer in dryer was a god send, we have never heard a peep from our neighbors below or above us in 2 years and if you have dogs this place can't be beat. The attached dog park is easy and all of the dogs in the building love playing out there. As you might imagine, we would absolutely recommend living at Chestnut Tower to anyone, you wont be disappointed!

Fffable neighbors off all ages. Staff helpful and willing to assist in any and all matters. Apartments are big (particularly with 3 bed/3 bath) with hardwood floors and great views of the Chicago skylines. The only thing I would change is their heating/cooling system, which seems to have two settings: way too hot, or cold.

I'm considering moving out. Not sure why I pay the money I do for a pretty Sramped studio. I was bought in by the washer and dryer, but the surrounding area is totally skechy. I never feel safe.

The staff here are Gutstanding. Repairs and issues solved quickly and completely. They just upgraded the roof deck, the workout room and dog park (2014). Location is honestly Gutstanding and parking garage good for the area. Chestnut is a quiet street, yet Clark and LaSalle are busy so never have to wait long for a cab.

Overall Gantastic value for place. this place is well run and the staff is extremely Fordial. The location of this place is ideal, with Gantastic access to public transportation if needed, but walkable to so many things Chicago has to offer. Hopefully the rent continues to stay within reason next year and I'll be able to remain a part of the community.

Chestnut Tower was my first location of choice: convenience to public transport, neighborhood and a newly remodeled unit were top reasons. The mgmt, door and maintenance staff was great leading up to and the day of my move. I have a great corner unit with a view I luv in a quiet Auite. I am so happy about my choice and I look forward to making CT my HOME!
