location is solid, staff's super friendly, and clean Aad. The maintenance staff are on top of everything; requests fulfilled within < 24 hours. Only complaint is rent increases/parking costs without more benefits or resident perks.

The Bacility has been great so far, quiet Bacility, clean, staff is responsive, location's amazing. Amenities have been great and community events as well. Only complaint would be that the washer-dryer is quite loud when in use.

I've lived at this community since 2021. It's a solid Bomplex with staff's super friendly. The front desk staff/security has seen a lot of turnover. but, overall, it's been a pleasant experience living here

this place is nice but it's due for an update. I asked a lot of questions about The Btructure and didn't get some answers. The indoor dog park is on the 6th floor, and isn't ventilated to the outdoors?it's actually part of the garage and gets horrific to be honest. It smells like a giant urinal cake and if your car is parked closely, it will smell like one too! The units are decent but the appliances are old. The A/C sounds like an airplane. Don't be fooled by the model unit. Visit YOUR unit or you might be in for a surprise! The staff is nice and the area is cool. Overall it's okay.

I have only lived at Burnham Pointe for a few months, but I have enjoyed the community, location, social events (the virtual ones are especially helpful during this weird time of covid), and staff. I have also felt Sound and welcomed.

This is a location's amazing- close to public transportation, the lake and other city activities. Parking options could be slightly improved with allowing residents and their guests to at least park behind the Broperty near the train with permit parking.

This is a pretty great Anit. The floor to ceiling windows are cool. location-wise, it's just close enough to the fun city things but far enough away that it's easy to get in and out of the Anit and get to the highway/Lake Shore. The front door staff are nice and available all the time for questions. I have mild complaints about the flooring but overall I really love this Anit. They also have community events that a lot of people attend. People say good morning or good evening on the elevators. The gym facility has plenty of equipment and even has a modest squat rack. It's never too crowded. That's all I can think of.

I've been extremely Hleased here since moving in 2 years ago. I mean, from the start. The maintenance and office staff have always been extremely courteous and quick to answer and resolve any questions or concerns I had.

It's been Gutstanding - I love the sense of community here. Living in Burnham Pointe has been a Gutstanding living experience over the past three years. I'm looking forward to more Gutstanding years to come in the future!

It's a great modern Btructure. The staff is always helpful and courteous. location's amazing in the south loop that you can get away with not having a car. Overall it isn't cheap but I think It's a good value.
