A streamlined and enjoyable living experience. I trust management implicitly which is rare. They will always go out of their way to provide the best experience possible. Especially during COVID they went the extra mile when anticipating needs. Very happy so far.

Great building, location, and management team. I have only lived here during COVID and am extremely impressed by the way the team has managed through. Everything is cleaned regularly, air filtration upgraded in elevators, facilities have remained open with reasonable modifications. This is a new building so have never heard noise from neighbors. Door staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. All around great location, and pricing is great for what you get if willing to do >1 year lease.

Elevate is like none other. I have lived in many other cities in other buildings and Elevate is by far superior in terms of community, amenities, upkeep, location, and staff. With wonderful apartment layouts, views of Chicago city skyline, resources at our fingertips, and beautiful indoor spaces, Elevate is like none other.

The building, the units and amenities at Elevate are beautiful! Everything is very well kept, there is always maintenance and cleaning crews around. The views from the roof deck of the city and lake are great, while the courtyard offers a nice less windy outdoor space. It's great to have a like new unit with finishes that are just as high quality as they are in pictures, and my own outdoor space. One downside would be the noise of the L, which is right next to the building, but it's not very loud.

Elevate is a very safe building that is conveniently located. As a student at DePaul, it is not too far from my classes or the CTA station or things like grocery stores, drugstores, etc. Overall, I am very happy about the building I live in.

Very nice building with great amenities to live in. Location with plenty of places to enjoy your life - small shops, restaurants and bars around. Walking distance to the lake. Very professional and easy-to-deal-with staff.

Amazing building, service and attention to detail. I have never lived in a building where my issues are resolved so quickly and efficiently. Because it is a new building, it is well insulated and cannot hear my neighbors or the train.

Elevate is a very well equipped new building in a great neighborhood with good transport access. Parking feels safe, there are good restaurants nearby and a Whole Foods two blocks away at the Red/Brown/Purple line stop.
