I enjoyed living here. I lived in unit 815. That unit has a great view of the city skyline, especially at night. The lake is visible from the bedroom windows. The neighborhood is fantastic. It's full of great restaurants, bars, and boutique stores. Everything you need is within walking distance. It's right off the Clark bus lines (22 and 36). The Fullerton redline is about a 10 minute walk. The building managers keep the common areas of the building clean. The laundry room is on the same floor and I never had problems with the machines being used when I wanted to do laundry. Heat and cable is also included in the rent, which is nice. Unlike previous reviews, I never found Eleni to be rude or condescending. She's a helpful landlord who responds to any concerns promptly. If you want to live in Lincoln Park, I would definitely check out this building.

This lady is a ticking time bomb. You'd be an absolute fool to rent from her.
