I lived here for a little over 2 years. Living in the complex was a great experienece. There are many bars and restaraunts within a two to three block radius.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. If I ever needed something fixed, it would be done within a few hours.

Rent here is a little expensive especially with parking. However, I didn't mind paying because the apartment was spacious and parking very convenient. It is extremely diffcult to find street parking in the area, so having a garage exclusive to the complex was very nice.

I recommend this place 100%.

I lived for just over a year and loved it there. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great--close to lake and plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

I have lived here for almost two years.... it is time I bought a place. If I could buy in this building, I would! This is a really convenient place to live, not only in location but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You won't be sorry living here!

The staff is friendly, if you have any problems with your apartment it is taken care of the next day. Great location, young building.

i normally wouldnt write this sort of thing but i got onto this site b/c i am looking for a place in d.c and i thought the reviews are helpful. we lived in this apt for a year but if i wasnt moving to a new city i would stay longer. the rent is expensive but management will cut you a deal. the staff, the management, the maintenance is GREAT. and no, i am not related to anyone who works here. they give a lot of extras, like free food, gift certificates under your door etc. our last building, rienzi plaza in chicago, was a nightmare, so this is a pleasant change. nice apartments, huge balconies, tons of closet space here.

First off, if you´re not moving in here for the view, forget it. The rent is very expensive, but only half of it is really for the rooms themselves. The building is built on an angle, so that most of the appartments give you a great view of downtown.

The actual appartment was nice enough. It was well lit, with large windows, and much bigger than average rooms. The closet was huge. Noise between the the floors is practically non-existent.

On the downside, the sound proofing between the walls ain´t so great, and the AC was not as powerfull as I would have liked.
