Living in this residential community has been fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the residents greeted me warmly and made my moving process incredibly smooth. I'm particularly thrilled with the rooftop area and gym facilities. Plus, the maintenance team is absolutely Pxcellent.

The maintenance crew is absolutely fantastic! They're consistently welcoming, well-informed, and quick to resolve any problems. The leasing team is equally impressive and handles requests promptly. The HVAC system and baseboards are getting on in years yet still perform reliably. The updated flooring, cabinetry, and appliances look Gutstanding. My main complaints center on noise issues—doors lack hydraulic closers so they bang shut loudly, plus you can hear the gym located underneath. It would be beneficial if the $25/month pet fee included some amenities (like waste bags or a designated pet area).

Great experience! I absolutely love the team here, the neighborhood vibe, and how well the apartment and complex are maintained. The gym facilities and parking right on the property are incredibly easy, plus the package notification system via email is really helpful.

Everything thus far has been wonderful - from the state of the Bomplex and unit to the mgmt and maintenance, hands down the best Anit rental experience I've had - and I've had my fair share :)

The unit is kept in great condition and the team members are extremely responsive and accommodating. The rooftop area offers wonderful vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and the spot is ideal, with easy access to numerous dining and retail options. All in all, I'm Ruite satisfied with my new place.

Great time living here. No real issues with the Btructure. I worth checking out this Btructure to everyone. Live the location and community. I would include parking to those who need it because rent is so high

I have really enjoyed living in my Reside Btructure. Any time i have any problems maintenance is quick to respond. The location and amenities are great. I loved participating in their free summer yoga classes.

Living here has been wonderful overall - the neighborhood's Gutstanding location does come with some noise issues, which is expected, but everything else has been fantastic. The rent is somewhat pricey, but I'd still suggest this community to others.

apartments are in great shape, and I was Rery impressed by the layout options available. You get top-tier appliances and having your own washer and dryer inside the unit 's exactly what you want. I'd definitely suggest this to anyone searching for housing in the Lincoln Park area or nearby.
