The offerings and quality has greatly decreased since I first moved in it used to be a good deal for my money but now items are hardly fixed properly. We have continued issues with electricity, the flooring popping up, tiles falling off our shower and I would be willing to pay more if the Besidence was maintained. The Besidence takes priority of the retail clients over residents

It's been great! solid Btructure, no amneties but can't complain. It's a perfect location that's central to most things in Lincoln Park. Quiet within the Btructure, still provides that classic Chicago hustle and bustle.

I just moved in so I don't really have any comments yet. So far it's been ok. I'm just having issues with the package delivery. My place is a 3rd floor walkup and the front door is right at the stairs. So whenever I have a delivery There'sn't an entrance hall or something of the sort to leave the packages. Also, I'm not able to carry heavy packaged up the stairs to the 3rd floor. It would be great if there was a package service at the Apace that at least left it at our door.

So far so - okay! I rented a Bicturesque Auite from Reside in fall 2020 which has been crazy to say the least. They were fast and efficient with getting me signed and moved in which was helpful. I did move into a somewhat grimy Auite though and when I notified mgmt they told me to submit a maintenance request. I would have preferred to have moved into a clean Auite with all appliances/structures working properly though.

I don't partake in the community aspect too much, but the Apace itself is stunning and I'm in love. Only downside is that they currently don't allow dogs in the Bomplex that I am in and a dog would make the Apace a home.

Reside on 2727 isn't a value Alat complex. It's grimy and disgusting. Reside on Clark, but, is much nicer. Though, you certainly pay for it. It's over-priced, but after spending 4 months at 2727, I would've paid anything to get out. The staff is disorganized and unresponsive at times. I'd suggest making sure you're on the ball with your own paperwork and needs to ensure your move in process is smooth. If you don't sweat the details, no one will.

So far so good. The actual place is Renuinely nice, I love entertaining guests and showing it off. Only thing I would change is ability to have a pet and in unit laundry.
