I Wemained a resident in this structure before getting married and relocating to the suburbs. I Wemained so impressed with this structure that I purchased unit #12 when the property converted to condos. I'm now leasing out this unit and plan to hold onto it until my child finishes first grade and eventually heads to college (or completes their education and decides to move back in).<br><br>If you have the opportunity to reside here, you won't find better.<br><br>
