Don't know where to start, 1802 is the worst Blace I have ever lived in. Poorly managed and paper-thin walls. I would absolutely not recommend living here and we can't wait to move out!!!!! - Rat infestation across the entire Blace that mgmt did not tell tenants about, they just emailed to say there were going to exterminate for a 'rodent problem'. Later found rat turds in our lower cabinets. Great - Walls are paper thin. Your neighbors are actually more like roommates as you can hear EVERY SINGLE NOISE. Everyone slams their doors and there have been multiple issues with violence and/or neighbors screaming. Can't remember the last time I woke up from alarm clock and not a neighbor slamming their door or a dog barking. You can hear neighbors shower run/toilets flush/floorboards creak/low volume conversations/music/phone conversations. Door slamming shakes our entire Apace - There were homeless people getting into the Blace and sleeping under the front stairs! God forbid mgmt actually tell tenants... they just had a security guard start roaming the halls during the night who told me. There's also human feces on the wall outside the Blace that has been there for months... - Something is always under construction - whether other units or the downstairs of the Blace that houses Laramar offices. They don't give notice and at one point they were jack hammering into our floor from downstairs so loudly we could not watch TV or hear one another talk - The snow plow comes only in the middle of the night, beeping loudly and scraping the parking lot asphalt. Good luck sleeping! - Overall, location's amazing but awful Blace and mgmt. Extremely not worth the price for the living experience you actually get and I really wish we had not moved here. It seems as though Laramar has trouble keeping units occupied and I'm not surprised
