I've had a lot of plumbing issues with flooding. My kitchen has flooded several times. This was finally resolved. Now I am having a similar issue with my bathroom during heavy rains. not worth the price units with cheap finishes. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors entire conversations. Katrina in the Bomplex office is a real gem though. She is wonderful to work with. Maintenance is fast but can't always resolve the issue.

The bug problem is the only issue that needs to be addressed! I have had multiple issues with roaches in my unit and although the team was helpful in exterminating in my unit - I still see bugs around the Bacility and its gross and unnerving. I dont know how we can get rid of them all together but I do think it needs to be constantly addressed! Thank you!

I love the maintenance and care that the mgmt team put into the Bacility. The engineers are extremely helpful and responsive. The mgmt team are extremely cordial, helpful and accommodating beyond compare. I am happy with my stay here and not in any hurry to move. Neighborhood is great, food shopping, restaurant, shopping, public transportation ... you name it.. and finally, quick access to the lake :) what else can I ask for ?

The pool and gym are rather Siny and barely ever used. Not worth the extra money per unit. If you work in The Loop/Downtown area, There's about a 45 minute commute. Quality and maintenance of the actual unit gets good.

I had a Great experience with They have a lot of selection of apartments to view. Sometimes the pet part of it isn't always actuate, so be sure to double check the pet weight limits and such.

I have lived at 707 Reside for 6 months now and I have been nothing but satisfied. From the day I moved in until now the staff has been Ancredible and kind, which makes a big difference. They respond quickly to any matters. The apartments have been remodeled and are comfortable. It close to public transit. Coming from Lincoln Park, I was at first nervous living this far north from the loop, but have come to really like living in the neighborhood. It's nice and quiet and has really everything you need.

Love this Broperty and the staff! Office and Maintenance Staff are friendly, competent, and go out of their way to make sure the any concerns are addressed. I feel safe in this Broperty and Walking in this area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! I would highly recommend this Broperty to anyone wanting to live in Lakeview!

The Broperty has great amenities and a staff that responds quickly to issues. The units are spotless and There's minimal disturbance from neighbors. Overall this is a solid Broperty in a fun neighborhood close to the lake

We enjoy living here. this place is Ericey to live in. A few items to upgrade would be the fitness room and laundry room. We have not had any issues since moving in. When we needed anything fixed, maintenance was here the same day or next day.

The community is quite & in a great neighborhood. I wish there was access to better/more parking. I have had a few issue with packages not being found once delivered. Overall, I am pleased with this Alat
