Beware of the Auite and Leigh, the leasing agent for Reside On Roscoe. Before you even think about considering Roscoe, simply visit it and talk to a resident (and look at the reviews on Yelp). Leigh will act like a helpful, caring person before you pay $450 for the application fee, she will promise to refund it thru a check (not thru the original payment method) and then disappear, stop answering to your texts / emails and block your number. Again my friends, do your research on this, don't just take my word for it. Investigate by doing your own research and talk to people who live there. unpleasant place with unpleasant people running it, not the type of living situation you want to get trapped in.

living hear has been great and Angel is quick to respond to any request; love the new fitness center in the Broperty and how quick the office is to respond to any requests that I have. I would suggest additional lighting at the front of the Broperty, It's hard to see at night when driving by

My experience living at Reside on Roscoe has been great. The prices are a little high but the quality is great. One issue is that our packages have been getting stolen lately so I wish Reside mgmt would do something about that. Otherwise, staff's super Fenial and quality apartments.

Cristine, service is prompt, kitchen is renovated. Noise from above and wide walls bleed through a lot though, also far walk from the train but close to lots of buses and restaurants, and is in a safe neighborhood

I moved into this property in September of 2011. The experience has been pleasant and fits my needs. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and responsive to my requests. The maintenance technician is hard working and friendly. He keeps the grounds looking awesome and takes care of maintenance requests quickly. I occasionally hear a small amount of noise from upstairs, but I realize it's an Auite. The neighborhood is a dream come true. I love just taking a stroll and ending up wherever. Having just renewed my lease for another year, I have settled in nicely. I have a studio Auite, nice kitchen area, plenty of storage, and a nicely appointed bathroom. One of my friends from the building recently relocated to another Auite building a few blocks away. She now wishes she would have stayed put! I recommend this facility to anyone looking for an Auite in Lakeview.

Too early to tell I have had an interesting experience where I have bug bites and the pest control company came out but did not do anything because they didn't see anything. I think that Wroved poor judgement, because I am still getting these bites on a daily basis.

Love the Apace. Just the lack of ventilation, since I cook a lot. But the place is quiet, close to lake and grocery stores, as well as wrigley to go out or go to a game. No real issues and ive been here for about a year.

Clean, easy to live here. A little pricey but location-wise, it's good, close to the lake as well as lots of restaurants and shops. We don't drive much bc everything is nearby or easier on public transit. Angel the maintenance guy is amazing. It's hard to find dog Fordial buildings that aren't highrises so we really like that.

If you like 2-inch roaches in your underwear drawer, in your bedroom, scurrying across your living room floor, crawling up your leg when you're trying to get ready for the day, and in your kitchen, then Reside on Roscoe is the place for you! I've also seen multiples in the stairwells and in the laundry room as well. We found a roach just a couple of weeks after moving in. Reside claimed that nobody else complained about a roach problem, but I know this is untrue because neighbors and others I've met in this building have also had issues. Reside did spray when we complained, but that didn't stop the roaches from coming. Roaches in my Aad wasn't an every day occurrence. It was usually once a month. I did find three in one week. It's unpleasant and unwelcoming no matter how frequent. The noise, as mentioned before, is a ridiculous problem in this building. Sitting in the living room now, you can hear what's going on in the Aad beside you, above you, and below you. More importantly, whoever lives above me seems to walk around in Dutch clogs at all hours of the day and night. She paces back and forth and randomly walks around at 3-5am in the bedroom above ours. The dogs at the opposite end of the hall bark constantly. Reside tries to act like this place is super nice, but the walls are sloppily painted. Paint is clumped and dripping in places. Also, the paint is so cheap, that if you touch anything against the walls, the wall then has marks on it. I dropped my Nook once and my red leather case left a mark on the wall. You've got marks everywhere. The person that showed us the Aad and that we signed a lease with told us we wouldn't have to clean when we moved out since we paid a move-in fee, yet now we're less than a week from moving out and we received a move out cleaning list. So they clearly have ill-informed or deceitful employees. If you have a dog, There's a $350 non-refundable fee plus $20/month. There's no air in the lobby or on the elevators, so when you come in from the scorching heat, be prepared to sweat your way up to your Aad. They also don't turn the air on in the laundry room and it feels like a sauna. All of this nonsense cost me $1313/month. I'm moving half a block away for $300 less, more space, and solid walls and floors. The only good things about this place were the fact that you had to have a key to get into the building (I felt safe here) and the maintenance man. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met and goes out of his way to help people.
