The Montrose is clean place to live That's super pet-Farm. The residents are overwhelmingly nice people who make living there a comfortable experience. The maintenance and front desk staff are respectful and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

A Montrose Resident Experiences @best, surrounding the below discoveries... First, N foremost they're too many well warranted complaints from residents within this montrose complex surrounding up-keeps of complex which's troubling, high noise ordinance reflecting serious plumbing issues ongoing now for like four months. And this particular plumbing loud noise is whenever anyone is taking showers throughout the first floor to fourth flooring. Maintenance stated that many folks have moved out as a result, N that the extreme noise has to do with pipings from behind the walls. Moreover, onsite mgmt is num to this problematic issue N appears to have no resolution on how to ensure that this serious plumbing matter is taken care of @best etc. N indifferently speaking, you can't fault any resident for bringing up this matter to the forefront or the approaches for underlyingly sabotaging what anyone's paying, given those unfinished businesses. also, they're too many conflicting reports with just about anything in general whether that be lease renewal's, a problem being reported by residents, or notifications pertaining to infrastructure issues, N lastly the repeated failures of not responding back to anyone regarding just about any important matters of concerns once again etc. These things happening equates to dishonesty's in non good fated business conducts, which should be seriously looked into for replacements for new onsite managers. Just too many gimmicky games, N twisted up advances supporting disturbing ethical fallacies, N along with rationale fallacies. Progressively speaking, rate increases is a norm yearly more often that not... But everything that's considered as troublingly is worth factoring fairly in general across the board etc. Also, bellying up more monies for livity equates to fairnesses in all livable qualities. N that's my constructive disputes on all make sense levels. Hmm... "The iconic Bob Marley, echoed that A one must get up, stand-up, N fight for one's right etc." Capeesh!

I've lived in countless apartments in Chicago, NYC, and Northern Virginia. I only moved into my unit at Pensacola Place a few weeks ago, but from the moment I stepped through the door with an independent leasing agent and a rep from the business office, I knew it was right for me. My first impression--besides the AMAZING view--was that this place is impeccably spotless and well-maintained. It's obvious that the staff at Pensacola Place staff care a great deal about what they do, and I wanted to share a brief anecdote to that end: Recently, during a spontaneous moment of intelligence and gracefulness, the carabiner which holds my apartment and car keys found themselves tumbling downward from the 11th story trash chute. It was after the building's mgmt office had closed, but Steven Ruff, the property manager, happened to be working late. Fearing that it would be too difficult/messy/etc to attempt to recover the keys when the maintenance staff returned the following morning, Steven led us to the trash room where he worked tirelessly to locate and retrieve my apartment keys and, more importantly, my Subaru keyless ignition transponder: he turned a truly miserable experience into a glorified facepalm, and saved me about $300 at the dealership. Thanks!!!

Everything and everyone is pleasant here, we feel safe. The process to lease the apartment was easy, coherent instructions and move in was a breeze. The tenants are pleasant with the exception of a nuisance tenant a couple of doors down. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful with great, modern appliances. Apartment features are wonderful.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. Nice staff, kept up well. Barely ran into elevator issues. Everything functions fine. I appreciate the ceiling kitchen lighting, and the triple-mirror in the bathroom, along with the large bathroom countertop space. Some negatives include high fee for space heating, no kitchen sink garbage disposal, and the circulation pipes seem dusty because I am constantly having to clean the dust off the countertop. Also, the Bacility can have a certain odor to it possibly due to the humidity in the summer.

I'm happy here, and I like being close to the lake. The neighborhood is a little sketchy north of Montrose, wish that could be cleaned up. Hallways are pretty loud, people are Fffable in Btructure, garage is grimy, staff have b en saying it will be cleaned for over 2 months now.
