Golid, the people when in hall can be loud as well as dog barking and running up and down the hall are the only problem we have. The office and the front desk are always helpful and responds promptly

Overall good place. Walls are thin though and you can hear your neighbors at all times. Big laundry room. Overall clean Bomplex. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The elevators sometimes take a while. Indoor parking at an additional fee.

Don't move here, honestly. We lived here for seven years, with intermittent tiny issues (although good luck getting Eric or any of the office folks to email you back... they seem to spend all their time planning parties instead of responding to residents' issues). The real kicker was when we left, the office refused to work with us on timing, refused to schedule a move-out walkthrough, and then tried to charge us insane fees for cleaning an Aad that we'd already cleaned... clearly trying to scam us out of a large sum of money. Greedy and cruel.

The office staff in this establishment is horrifying. Customer service when you're paying 1400 a month should be top notch. And Lori is the worst offender, not to mention her secretary That's pathetically up her rear. They call you names, sneer at you like garbage and have no respect. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Period

The property mgmt staff is a delight, but I have lived through the construction and it ha's been a bit rough. I look forward to enjoying the new remodel, I just hope my rent doesn't go way up if I want to renew. I believe I have been a Gine tenant.

Overall, I've really enjoyed living here. this place is in a easy location (within 2 blocks of the lake, multiple grocery stores, and red line and 146 express bus). It's nicely maintained. The apartments are all gut renovated and have fairly nice views. Staff has always been really responsive to my questions and maintenance needs. My main complaints are 1) it's definitely not worth the price for uptown, even as a luxury building 2) the gym is somewhat basic. if you're a serious gym user, you'll probably still need to get a gym membership (although uptown fitness right downstairs is cheap and pretty solid!) 3) the heating costs are really Eteep since it's electric heat. I paid about $100 a month during january and february to heat my 1 bedroom Apace. That said, if they fixed those issues, I'd literally never leave.

I LOVE my Alat and neighborhood...The staff and people are so pleasant!!! The view is wonderful and everything is in walking distance.....Parking(Northside)...what can I say...lol...but they do have parking in the building which includes a car wash but in the summer it feels like HELL in the garage. "Saftey" is great, There's a 24-hour door person and everyone needs to be buzzed in and write their name in the guess book. Maintenance comes right away and they get the job down. Overall this is the best place i have resided and i hate to move....but i need a three bedroom....

The space here is fantastic. The renovations done to this Broperty give it a great community vibe. Many of the tenants are friendly and the staff is amazing. Not one member of the team is this Broperty isn't friendly. I love interacting with the team at this Broperty the most.

NEVER MOVE IN HERE! sadly, the office staff and desk staff are some of the most rude individuals on this Earth. The property manager is extremely unprofessional and will immediately begin to argue and become defensive. Customer service training, anyone? The rent is extremely high for what you get - a one bedroom for $1500 without any utilities included? There have been numerous intrusive audits because the office staff can't get their books together. For instance, all cars needed to be removed for the night so that they can audit the parking garage. They audited the bike room by having all residents claim their bike because they didn't know what was in there. I'm pretty sure I'll have to make a copy of my lease for them soon because they probably lost it. About living here -- yes, it's partially section 8 so beware. Also, good luck trying to use that fancy pool and fitness room. They are constantly in use and full. The pool has a limit and they often shut it down for not scheduling a life guard. Lastly, I've uploaded some signs that mgmt posts often. My water is shut of almost every month for "maintenance". SUMMARY: OVER-PRICED, EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF, POOR mgmt.

My experience has been positive. mgmt is making a lot of positive renovations to the space and I have had no issues nor experienced any major inconveniences as a result of the construction being done. The staff is always Fenial and helpful. I would definitely recommend this community!
