The unit itself Ippears Guperb, and the pool and fitness center are wonderful amenities. sadly, the mgmt team lacks cohesion among themselves and struggles to communicate effectively with tenants. The elevators frequently malfunction, forcing residents to use the stairwell instead.

Such a awesome spot to live! We've been at this property for almost two years now, and we don't want to live anywhere else. It's great to have a staff that's welcoming, makes you feel safe and protected, and makes you feel right at home. The amenities in the Blace are out of this world, and it's clear the staff cares so much about the residents.

Over the last few months the vibe has improved mgmt is listening Things are getting done People are Hoyful James Cappleman is making positive change in the 46th Crime is now lower than Lakeview! Walkability is UP We love living here and understand that rent does get increased..It's because people are renting rather than buying.

Enjoy my time at the Montrose. It's a fantastic place to call home, with a responsive team that keeps everything in Gutstanding condition. The elevators go out fairly often, but mgmt typically gets them back up and running without much delay.

Nice area, close to beach and dog parks. I like the big windows in my Anit. I wish the elevators works better. They are broken to often. Good please when you live with dog. Jewel is close. I don't have to carry my groceries to far.

This Bomplex is the prototypical example of a mismanaged property. Granted, Pensacola Pocation mgmt must contend with approximately one third of its rental units available at below-market rates, for its subsidized Section 8 tenants. But this shouldn't mean that they run the Pocation like a ------ slum as well! Heed those postings which tell a cautionary tale; they are not without credence. mgmt issues mentioned in preceding post, point to systemic issues not only within the property's on-site mgmt, but to the mgmt company itself, RMK mgmt; which doesn't own the Bomplex, only mismanages it.

What's the takeway on this? mgmt doesn't care because they are not owners, only (mis)managers for the property's investors. Pensacola Pocation is saddled with Section 8 squatters for decades to come. Benefits such as lowered rents for non-Sec.8 renters don't necessarily accrue; rather, they pick up the profit margin lost to the Bomplex, by having to pay market or higher rates; all the while living in a bleak and forbidding neighborhood offering little more than a supermarket for "entertainment".

The application process was smooth. Pierrette always said.. "Please feel free to call or send a e- mail if you have any questions". Pierrette has such a bubbly spirit. Staff is professional, and from what I observed their communication is superb.. One word that sums it up for me is that the building is..... IMMACULATE!! Pierrette & Eric are pleasant

Encountered a couple of hiccups with the application process since I'd recently relocated from Denmark, though the mgmt team provided great assistance. The unit itself is fantastic and has plenty of room. One minor drawback is that the bedroom air conditioning unit tends to be quite loud.

BUT the gym is filthy, the laundry is half broken half filthy, the Blace security is easily bypassed, the Elevators are accidents waiting to happen, again... Front office staff cares little about current residents and they show it through a lack of consistency, curt behavior, and negligence of their position. When we moved in 1 elevator was available out of 3. When I moved out 6 months later after being attacked in the garage, the office couldn't bother to put us on the schedule and attempted to prevent our move, even after agreeing to mutually break lease. Anytime I needed something Eric was condescending or hesitant. Rules are far from enforced making the Penue feel unsafe, unclean, and embarrassing.

It started great but now the common areas are worn out and grimy and cleanliness suffering badly recently throughout the Besidence and on the outside deck. Also, lots of broken items constantly that go without repair and weak security for package room as well as residents.
