It has been a great experience living here. Reside at Belmont harbor has adorable rent and great amenities. It is a quick walk to the lake and Broadway street. Right above a great brunch location. A great spot to live especially if you have a pet!

If you plan on loosing your mind this is the place to contact. The worst management service that speaks volumes about their customer skills. First showing, Joshua left and Brittany showed no decency to open the door and do the showing. And mind, this is all on a set up appointment. Waisted drive and time. Ok, everyone deserves second chance, things happen right? Wrong. They don’t, I’ve got nothing but frustrations of them changing the showing dates for what suits them, to only tell me that the date they gave me is not gonna work. If you plan to give money for our service - I mean on daily basis then this is your place.

I would never in my life rent from the Reside company again. The office rarely responds to calls or emails. Whenever I have called to check the progress on a maintenance request, I have been dismissed as impatient (when it will have been over a week). The quality of the apartments themselves are mediocre at best and absolutely not worth what the company claims to be the market price. They put on a good facade of making the place look nice on the outside though! Something is always broken or leaking in the laundry room. Overall, it has been a bad experience.

Moving in to my new apartment has been great. The location and apartment offer me everything I could possibly need in Chicago. I am so excited to be at Reside. The kitchen is spacious and I have tons of closet space.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind, they made my move-in easy and we're willing to help with anything that I had trouble with. The Resident Staff respond quickly to solve any problems and answered all my questions.

I love it and do no people in the area the restaurants are perfect and the staff is extremely friendly the building is super clean and quiet and that's what I love most I mind my own business but everyone does say hi and we always smile?perfect location

I've never had issues living here. Everyone is kind and the maintenance staff are quick and knowledgeable. The entrance area and common areas are always neat/clean. Management also responds quickly when you reach out to them.

Excellent. Great "little community". Quiet, clean, friendly and respectful tenants and staff, as well as our legged tenants. The laundry room leaves much to be desired. Currently down 3 washers, which is unfortunate, for this hidden jewel!

Reside at belmont harbor is a nice and quiet community. The apartment prices are somewhat comparable to the area but the building has no parking in the actual building but there is discounted spots across the street. The building is solid and the staff are what really made me choose reside. The WASH vendor they have for the washing machines s so bad it's almost criminal. Nearly 50% of the machines in the building are malfunctioning 80 or so percent of the time. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and I would recommend this building and definitely renting with reside.

Fairly quiet and safe building. Close to bus stops but not super close to the L. Staff not located onsite but instead across the street in a different building. Staff are not super knowledgable about this specific building.
