The title says it all the building is falling apart. I was glad when my lease was up.

I've been in the building for five years now, and unfortunately I have to move for a job out of state. The location is perfect, the people that live there are awesome, and the management staff is extremely nice. The building has come a long way since I moved in, and it is only getting better. It's nice to see that your dues are actually being spent on building improvements. Not sure why other reviewers are so bitter, but I have nothing bad to say. I will definately re-visit next summer and say hello to all my friends.

Lots of recent updates to building since last reviews. Also new workout equipment. Great location right across from lake and park. Bus stop right outside of building with express downtown. Majority of units have been updated in this condo unit.

The building is dumpy and needs updated! Parking is hard and the building staff is rude and annoyed if you need something done. Sort of worth the price but you can probably find better.
