I moved into Reside on Pine Grove during the pandemic. Rent concessions were abundant and the base rate for a studio was relatively cheap, and the onsite parking was a necessity for me. Fast forward nearly 4 years, and my experience here has been abysmal. A few positives first: the facilities are kept pretty clean. It's a quiet building and the digital access panel is helpful. The maintenance staff are kind and efficient. but: the digital panel is broken half the time. The elevator was once down for close to a month, and being in a wheelchair at that time, I basically had no way of coming or going. this place isn't accessible at all. While I was out of town, I placed a lockbox outside near several others that had been there for months (if not longer). When I returned, my lockbox had been sawed off without so much as a warning, and I still have not been reimbursed. They had never enforced a no-lockbox policy the entire time I'd lived there (over 2 years at that point). They also cherry-pick which rules to enforce: every year they insist on doing apartment inspections, and recently they waited until my 4th year of tenancy to decide to enforce the no-welcome-mat rule. The laundry machines are exorbitantly priced - you can expect to pay up to $5 every time you want to put in a load or two of clothes. mgmt almost never responds to emails or calls, and when they do, they act like you're inconveniencing them by reporting an issue or complaint. For instance, when I reported cockroaches all over the laundry room, they left a passive-aggressive note in my maintenance request claiming they were "water bugs," not cockroaches, and that it wasn't a big deal. Oh, and did I mention I'm paying $1700 plus $200 parking for a studio? You've got zero amenities and no common areas to meet other tenants. It's a great spot if you like feeling isolated and ignored. And yes, I've brought these issues to mgmt's attention on multiple occasions. They've checked out.

this place is safe and always clean. It's in a location's amazing, within two blocks of Walgreens, the grocery store, restaurants and public transportation. The one-bedroom units are Pmmaculate for one person.

This is my second year with Reside. Third year actually because I came from another Reside Bacility. My experience in Pine Grove has been great. It fits my simple lifestyle. It got everything what I need, clean, secure, and properly maintained Bacility with basic utilities.

Just moved in a couple of days ago, but every person in the company who I have been in contact with actually seemed to care about me. Unlike my old mgmt/Broperty engineer who treated us like everything Wemained our fault, Reside wants to help.

My favorite thing about Reside on Pine Grove is the location. It's steps away from a convenience store, grocery store, Fitness Formula Clubs, great restaurants on Broadway, and nightlife on Halsted. this place is spotless and reasonably priced.

I came to Pine Grove from another Reside Broperty in Lincoln Park. The mgmt team was so helpful and prompt that when I decided to love closer to work I stayed in here Reside community. They made everything so easy! I even got a newly renovated kitchen. The layout is spacious and this place is quiet and well taken care of. Super happy overall!

Wonderful community and location to grocery stores, transportation, gym, and other amenities. Parking is impossible, so unless willing to rent a garage space, It's better to not have a car. Car isn't Ruite needed because everything else is so close and available.

It's been a week, so I've hardly had the chance to feel it out. The place is clean, no larger than I need. The neighbourhood is a location's Ahenomenal as It's close to many shops and public transportation. Paid parking is affordable.
