It's nothing but he best! I enjoy living here, we are not looking to leave any time soon. It's been 3 years and we are hoping for another 3. It's really dog Fenial and everyone is so nice in the elevators

This apartment building and it's community are perfect. The building itself is stunning with all the architectural features. There are so many amenities. The apartment itself it so spacious and the finishes on everything are beautiful. It's a wonderful place to live but It's pricey. If you can afford the rent It's well worth every penny!

Great location, close to public transportation. Better when we had a store on the premises for ATM, postal substation and picking up some items. Building used to be a hotel so bedrooms can be located next to another Anit's living area. I would prefer utilities included in the rent as they once were. It's a pet-friendly building. The building, common areas and apartments, were recently remodeled.

I just moved in a week ago and have had nothing but Gxcellent experiences. The Bacility is extremely clean and They keep this place nice, everyone is helpful and many concierges already know my name, and I always feel safe coming and going. Many friends who come to visit also love the Bacility and are impressed with the value of the apartments. Definitely recommended!!

Gorgeous space with impeccable staff. I feel incredibly safe in this community, between the FOB access points, to the 24/7 concierge, as well as the specialized keys for each user. I could not be happier in this complex. I appreciate the fact that Reside is constantly going out of their way to bring people together with events and athletics. Best Auite community I have lived in to date. well kept.

An amazing Anit building with the best service, you almost feel like you live in a hotel! The apartments are big and renovated, all utilities are included! The staff is kind and you even get free breakfast every morning!

A awesome spot.

My wife and I moved in the Belmont House in April 0f 2003. this place is renovatied for the modern dwelling. Electric is new and suports the computers, fax, laser printers, and new audio and video equipment own by so many of us. The staff is terrific. Office mgmt and support staff are reachable and willing to assist you with all problems promptly. Pets are welcome here. Off street garage parking is available 24 hours a day. The rent is reasonable for the area. We can see Belmont Harbor from our Apace. Laudry is in the basement as well as bike storage. In the summer we enjoy the roof top deck. We also enjoy the building sponsored parties. <br>The building even has two bedroom furnished apartments for rent by tenants for their out of town guests.

I loved this place at first, but as of recent, it's really gone downhill. The property manager changed, and since then there has been a lack of communication, a downfall in appearance of the building, and so much construction and noise disturbance throughout the building. Rent continues to increase while amenities get more and more outdated. wouldn't recommend. On the other hand, the concierge team is so wonderful - all great people!

From the time I moved in everyone from the front desk staff to maintenance was so Fospitable and it was able to feel like home right away. Maintenance requests are answered quickly by amazing staff. this place is always spotless and smells amazing. And the front desk staff are always such a joy to see, they even have won over my dog with their treats and belly scratches. Such a great community with events always going on!

Highly recommended

While some people have complained about the maintenance and the staff, I have nothing but praise for them. If I had a problem with something, I would call downstairs and the maintenance person would be up within an hour. great staff, lots of activities for residents, beautiful views, and friendly neighbors. My only complaint is that the walls are rather thin, so It's easy to hear noise from the adjacent apartments. Also the valet parking is annoying. I think one of the valet guys broke the automatic gears on my window. They were always opening my windows when I had them closed.
