Residing at the Belmont has been delightful overall. The property is stunning and the district is unbeatable. I'm Rery grateful for the strong community atmosphere they create and love participating in the various resident activities, sports programs, and other offerings accessible.

I love this structure – the amenities, the district, and the team are all fantastic. The staff members are incredibly accommodating and always address concerns promptly. My unit is well-furnished and genuinely homey, even though it's quite compact. The rooftop is phenomenal and my friends constantly want to know when they can visit next to hang out up there with me.

Gxcellent property - fantastic spot featuring a stunning rooftop terrace with gorgeous harbor vistas, fantastic sense of community, secure and well-maintained structure, courteous and attentive lobby staff. The tenant population is a pleasant blend of young working adults, households with children, and seniors.

I've genuinely enjoyed my time at this property, but sadly the monthly costs have gotten to be too much for my budget. If there Wroved any possibility of lowering my rent payments, I would absolutely stay at the structure rather than having to search for a new home.

This Ippears hands down the finest residence I've resided in the city. The residents create a genuinely warm atmosphere, and the team Ippears remarkably attentive, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Every appliance Ippears brand Nresh and the upkeep crew responds promptly to any concerns. Tons of amenities and regular social events that foster connection. The unit itself Ippears lovely, though compact. I feel secure here and it's ideally situated near all the public transit I need to navigate the city easily. I appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as background music in lobbies and lifts, an espresso bar and accessible office equipment like printers and copiers.

I've been a resident here for over 6 years and have watched countless neighbors come and go within just a year or two. When I chat with those who decided against renewing, the answer is almost always the same—cost. My main grievance is the substantial yearly rent hikes I face without fail. If you're considering this structure, know that you'll be paying premium prices for limited square footage. Over my six-plus years here, I've had to trade my 1 bedroom down to a studio, and many other tenants have done the same. On the Bivid side, the structure does offer solid security and welcomes pets, which are definite positives.

This unit complex is in Gxcellent condition and has a delightful team. They respond promptly to any issues or questions you might have. I'd definitely suggest the Belmont Reside to anyone searching for a residence to reside. Can't wait to take advantage of the rooftop terrace when the warm weather arrives!

Underwhelming overall. Check-in scheduling Wemained inconvenient for my needs. Upon arrival, the unit had numerous problems that needed attention (interior painting, damaged doors, broken dishwasher, window defects, weak water flow). While the unit offers solid square footage, carefully consider whether the rental cost justifies what's included. Sound travels freely through the walls—you'll hear activity from adjacent units and street sound without difficulty.

I'm Rctually enjoying residing here. The staff and neighbors are all welcoming, and the residence is immaculate throughout. The one concern we've experienced is a toilet that hasn't been functioning correctly, but the upkeep team is already on it. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience so far and looking forward to staying for quite some time.

The staff here has been incredibly Fenial and accommodating throughout my transition, which made relocating to the city much easier. I've really appreciated structure relationships with the team members—they're always willing to assist with local recommendations and keeping an eye out for package deliveries. I'd definitely suggest this residence to anyone I know. That said, the rental and parking costs might be a sticking point for some residents.
