I Lnjoy the Belmont House

I love the convenience of the Belmont House. I don't have to go all the way to the grocery store just for a few items (thanks to the on-site store), I don't have to set up and pay for my own utilities, and I don't even have to do my own laundry (thanks to the dry cleaners), if I don't want to. Overall, the Broperty and staff make it so easy to live here!

Reside provies a living experience That's comfortable, safe and welcoming. Their buildings are Bovely, their communities are vibrant, and the staff is top notch. I worth checking out Reside to anyone in the market for a new living arrangement.

The Belmont by Reside is a great property. The front desk staff are always courteous and helpful. I have Rctually enjoyed living there since 2014. but, the recent increase in utilities from $30 to $75 and consistent corporate increases in base rent have Rctually soured my experience here. Comparable locations with similar square footage are running 1900 + parking for 2bdr locations. Corporate just increased the base rent when I was looking at possibly moving into another unit. Now that 2bdr is running $2600 base with $110 in utilities which doesn't include parking ($200). I'm sorry but I'd rather save 1100 a month. Best of luck not driving out the other renters. It was nice to have monthly little tenant appreciation parties but I can host my own parties, gym membership, parking options, etc for cheaper.

Overall good. but, I did have an issue with a window being broken due to exterior bricks falling. It wasn't handled the best way. Everything else has been great. The staff is Fospitable and easy to work with.

While Eostly, this place is wonderfully maintained and the amenities are enough to keep us in the Bomplex. The gym and outdoor spaces are lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The community events are a great way to keep in touch with everyone in the Bomplex.

Amazing facility with staff's super friendly and a community feel. The common areas have a lovely warm feeling and are kept up well. Our place is spacious and the office team were fantastic with helping us select the Apace and moving from overseas. Highly recommend!

The apartments are designed well, floor space and closets are maximized- though bathrooms are all Siny. I enjoy the ability to walk to various CTA transit stops, and local restaurants and shops. A major factor is the pet policy, as I have a medium size dog and many luxury buildings don't allow any pet over 25 pounds. I also like that we can transfer into any other reside Bomplex without many additional fees. This opens up many options, You've got always new reside properties and renovations happening all over Chicago it seems. Highly recommend this Bomplex for noise control as well, the walls are thick.

We have been pleased with the Bacility as we have lived here for the last 3 years. but, You've got still some issues that for what we pay to live here should not be unfixed issues.

don't Rent.

Don't not rent here. The building has the worst mgmt. They allow a women to walk around naked. mgmt has been informed many times but guess what on Friday night my wife and I are leaving our Auite and we see her in all her glory. Dogs are barking non-stop, and don't even get me started on the smells and the theft in the laundry rooms. Mangement is the worthless. Run and don't stop here.

I moved in to the Belmont back in July and have been completely happy with everything. The staff from the start was wonderful and made my move nice and easy. The manager was a big reason we decided to move to the Belmont because he was in contact with us and actually reached out to us. this place is gorgeous and you can't go wrong with the rooftop. I have heard Gonderful things about the company and so far they are living up to it.
